The doctors are gorgeous. Voitikova is a professional with a capital letter. I'm glad I was recommended. Lyashkevich is an excellent specialist. If she didn't find anything, then there's nothing. But the impression of the clinic is spoiled by the girls at the reception. They are always dissatisfied with something, and they can also make fun of it. Every time I go there or call, my heart freezes, preparing for the negative. If it wasn't for the experts, I wouldn't have gone there.

I made an appointment by phone for three ultrasounds, specially selected the time so that an hour after the ultrasound I had a doctor in another clinic - I wanted to spend one day on everything about everything. God help him that the exact amount could not be announced to me on the phone, higher mathematics, apparently.. On the appointed day, the girl at the reception clarified what I needed to do, since her colleague who communicated with me, it is unclear how she made the recording. I explained everything, I had an ultrasound, but already at the doctor I found out that I had 2 of the three necessary ones. After the appointment, I come back, the doctor tells me that I had only two and shows me clumsy records. Ultrasound of the kidneys + MO + MO, they have such a record. Urinary + scrotal ultrasound was probably meant. No wonder she didn't understand. As a result, you lose another day and pay the doctor for an appointment again. How it is possible to work in this way does not fit into my head. Oh, and my phone was recorded incorrectly.

I visited specialists Voitikova and Lyashkevich. We would like both of them to treat patients with patience and respect. They answer the questions asked irritably and biased, as if the people who come to them should and must have the same information as narrow specialists.
Voitikova always offers expensive hormonal visas from the doorstep. Other gynecologists denied such treatment!!!
I will not go to this clinic anymore, health is more expensive!

It's a disgusting clinic. I passed the tests at the gynecologist Voitikova, I have been to her more than once, a very good doctor. When the tests were ready, Voitikova was on vacation, and another doctor called me and diagnosed me on the phone. She informed me that I had a precancerous condition, cervical dysplasia, and offered to urgently undergo a lot of expensive tests. But since I live in Israel and have already left, I did not go to them. In this stressful state, immediately upon arrival, I turned to a gynecologist, with the problem of the diagnosis in this clinic. After the examination, the doctors took up the head of how to make a diagnosis based on a single analysis. Thank God she turned out to be perfectly healthy. Dear clients of the Health Clinic, be careful, you may not always be sick, perhaps you are just being bred for money. Be healthy, and do not contact this clinic.

The waiting time is 10 minutes, but it is not critical. The receptionists are friendly. But I do not recommend doing an ultrasound of the heart. Today I was with my child (Mikhail Chizhov, a little over a year old) for an abdominal ultrasound. There are no questions for the specialist. I tried to make contact with the child, to calm him down as much as possible. According to the result, she was laconic, but everything is written in the statement and in any case, we are also contacting specialists to identify the problem.
The patient in front of us was late, and we arrived half an hour before. I thought that you need to pay immediately and can fill in something, and it's better with a child earlier. It was unpleasant that there were such unpunctual people.
It may be possible to somehow notify patients so that they are not late or warn them about being late in order to serve the next customer if he is already there. After all, everything can be solved and not create discomfort for each other.
The room for the clinic is small. When they left the office, there were a lot of people.
It turned out to be uncomfortable that there was no way to fit with a one-year-old child (everyone was busy sitting down) and feed, because ultrasound was done on an empty stomach.
A huge request: to provide some kind of corner for the children. (A changing table, or a table with a high chair). If you provide services for children, then please arrange a place for them.
In general, I would like to see the work of a single administrator or a shift supervisor, if there are such in the clinic.
In general, I got the result, you also pay attention to such little things, because the clinic is not free and you want maximum comfort and service.

The disgusting organization of time. 10 minutes for an ultrasound? Seriously? at the same time, the doctor always shifts the time. So maybe you need to leave at least 15 minutes for the patient? Apart from the fact that you sign up to do an ultrasound at a convenient time for yourself, and then they call and ask you to come 10 minutes early, it's still okay, you can understand that the client did not come by appointment, a hole formed. But in the end, 10 minutes earlier, and at the right time, you don't get in, but you sit in a queue for 30 minutes, where there are a lot of people in a small corridor and there is nothing to breathe in a pandemic. The unfriendly attitude of the ultrasound doctor Leshkevich Z.I., who is a "specialist" in ultrasound from head to heels leaves much to be desired, cannot explain anything, but speaks memorized phrases. In general, this is the second trip to this clinic and already the final one, the specialists are zero. p.s. at the first visit, the gynecologist did not see large fibroids.... Specialists leave much to be desired.

It's a disgusting clinic.
They are treated according to the methods of the 19th century, when there were no medicines. Should I prescribe baths on oak bark for inflammation? Are you kidding me? What century are we living in?
And douching? Let's wash out all the microflora even more.
Laboratory doctors interpret the tests as they want: the cytology analysis does not say "cytogram unchanged" or which cells were found (in the case of dysplasia), there is simply a stamp "INFLAMMATION". Do you understand that a cytology smear should show atypical cells, not inflammation? Inflammation is shown by leukocytes in a smear on the flora.
The doctor makes the examination very painful, and also talks as if I demand something from him beyond what I ask of him. He talks like he's been beaten off completely.
In general, to sum up, you should not ruin your health in this "medical center". There is only a name from the medical center.
P.S. I noticed it only after writing this review. The doctor wrote me a prescription for a medicine intended for the treatment of trichomoniasis (although an analysis for STIs was not carried out, accordingly, there was no reason to prescribe this drug to me)(I had been tested for STIs for a couple of months before and they were negative on all counts). What was his logic? According to what protocols is the patient now prescribed a narrow-focus medicine that he does NOT need and which can lead to side effects and have a bad effect on the patient's well-being?
PS 2. The clinic wrote back that the issue was "settled." The matter was not settled. A man called me, said that they had looked at my story, but there were no mistakes, that "a doctor of the highest category...." and told me to approach the director at a certain time. The man was not particularly polite, did not ask if it was convenient for me to talk and if I could, in principle, come at this time. It feels like it's not their fault, but I did something wrong (I brought money there and didn't get the normal results of the analysis, examination and diagnosis).
