I called twice, the employee does not introduce herself. When asked to introduce himself, he refuses. The question and explanation of the problem were answered to me: I am not dealing with this issue. The request to provide the number of the employee who deals with my question was refused. The employee is openly rude. When contacting in person, they closed the door in front of their face. I really want to get to the head and demand an explanation of the behavior of subordinates.
