The hall is small , but all the necessary simulators that will take you away are present . Very nice, friendly staff at the reception) Periodically there are promotions with profitable subscriptions.
But, especially warm feelings are caused by coach Ekaterina Knyazeva (@kateknyazeva insta).
My goal was: to pull myself up, to lose weight. Ekaterina met me with her pain notebook, where she wrote down all my ailments (because I came with my hernias). The coach turned out to be very competent, attentive: she took into account all the wishes, took care of the lower back and fine mental organization :)
Ekaterina is comfortable to study with , has a good sense of humor , is demanding ( she will watch your every approach vigilantly) . In addition, Ekaterina arranges all sorts of movements (massaging, drying), which additionally motivates to become better, stronger. Tested personally, the results are top.
I recommend the trainer , the gym, and the lamps in the solarium are good)

There are several halls nearby, but this one is the best)) the price is pleasant, there are discounts for students. Around the hall: there are not many people, there is enough air, not "sky-high", cool narcissists in fashionable sweatpants are engaged, but normal people, which relaxes and equalizes everyone by status. There is a boxing room, there is also a large mirror where you can stretch, warm up and control the technique. Water from under the filter, free of charge) There are weights, a gravitron and a cube (not in all halls you will find, only in decent ones). Of the cons: there is no air conditioning. This is usually not a problem, the windows are open, but when they are engaged with a coach, it can be uncomfortable. But in general, the hall is good 😊

I really liked the hall as a whole. It's pretty fresh, there's a boxing gym, there aren't many people in the morning. There is a table of records for bench press and bar. If you get into the table, you can get a serious discount on the subscription. I didn't like one subtle point for an amateur: I miss the usual straight horizontal bar. There are short handles for different grips, but your hands slip off them when you exercise with a lot of weight, because they are tilted down. In general, I recommend it, the hall is small, but it has everything and the prices are pleasant.

Great gym. Coach Vitaly gives good exercises for the result, always takes into account which health exercises can be performed. If necessary, make a menu of what to eat.I have been studying since September. I really like it, and the prices are very affordable.

I have been going to this gym for 5 years now - I like the compactness, prices, very sincere, customer orientation at a height, there are all amenities, exercise machines if they are wiped, they are replaced quickly with new ones, in 2-4 hours the hall is half empty, which adds comfort 🥰

A very good gym for those whose goal is to train. The optimal set of exercise equipment and other equipment, there is a cooler, a shower and a massage chair. There are no queues and "overpopulation", a pleasant, friendly and productive atmosphere. Good, interested and attentive coaches and staff. And there is also free parking right at the door of the hall.
