My favorite place) I do pedicures and go for haircuts and hair coloring. There is a very pleasant atmosphere here, always polite administrators, meet with a smile, offer tea and coffee with sweets. The girls are wonderful craftsmen, you can often meet director Xenia at work. And the prices are very good. Regular customer :) I have been going since 2019, and I do not plan to change the master)

A good hairdresser. I visited her twice. Natalia turned to the master both times. The first time I got a haircut, and the second time Natalia saved my hair after the "master" of another salon, who unprofessionally made me complex coloring (dyed in shreds) and in some places ruined my hair. Natalia agreed to take me and tried to fix the situation, and also made two masks. As a result, the hair looked wonderful, shiny, obedient and the color scheme turned out to be what I expected, without surprises. I am very grateful to Natalia for the work she has done. I would also like to note that the cabin has a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. It's nice to communicate with both the administrator and the masters. The girls are great!

This is a complete disappointment!!! I've been visiting this place for over a year - everything was great! She cut her hair and made up at Julia's. She left happy and beautiful every time, but... Julia quit and it started: then they cut my hair too short, then the shade didn't come out the same as before, although the formula was there, then the color "burned out" in a week, although I didn't change the care products, which, by the way, Julia recommended to me.
Well, the last time I went to Master Marina and realized that I would not go to this salon anymore!!! I was not just cut short, instead of a square, they made a square on the leg, but this is not the worst thing: they cut my hair for a very long time and I was in a hurry, so I did not ask for a mirror and look at what I had from behind. But the people around me immediately noticed that the strands on the back of my head seemed to have been torn out!!! There is no way to hide it, not to put it in such a way that it is not noticeable. The running length is where there should be a smooth transition, about 2 cm!!!!!! It will not work to fix this either, because we have already cut it too short. Then - only the shaved back of the head!!! So make a haircut!!!!! I'm not going there anymore, definitely!!!

I came by appointment for a haircut on 03/14/12 at 20.00. The admin, when she recorded me, clarified the length of the hair, so it should not have been a surprise.
Svetlana invited the "master" to a chair and began to ask how I wanted to get a haircut. Initially, there was already irritation in her voice. I asked if it was possible to make a cascade, and a ladder in front of the growing bangs evenly. The "master" looked at me contemptuously, saying that I was talking nonsense. Okay, I'm not a professional and I don't understand hairdressing. I then asked her what she would advise. She didn't recommend anything to me. My hair turned out to be too long, on which everything will be wrong, judging by the expression on my face and the intonation of the "master". I showed photos from the Internet with examples of haircuts. It was popularly explained to me, a fool, that all these haircuts were blow-dried, the strands were structured with wax and that my hair would never lie like that on its own. Okay again. It's nonsense that I've been wearing my hair long and cutting it in a cascade all my life.
It seems like the "master" decided to make a cascade, because let's find out which is the shortest strand I want. I asked for help to separate the shortest one that I had at the moment. She ignored me, continued to stand and watch as I tried to twist myself in front of the mirror to find this very strand from behind. I asked her to help me again. I was told that my hair was almost the same length. This became a point in our interaction with her.
I know that my hair has grown a lot and the cascade (or as the step transition is correctly called) is almost invisible. Until the last moment, I tried to constructively establish communication, although I am the client and I came to receive the service and pay money for it.
Anyway, I got up and headed for the exit.
It is noteworthy that the administrator did not apologize for the situation, but justified this attitude of the hairdresser by the fact that she had a lot of clients today. So if the master can't cope and takes out his aggression and irritation on clients, maybe she shouldn't work in this field?

It's hot in the room. If you are by appointment, then come at a certain time, otherwise the master will not accept you, even if he is free. She's going to eat, drink coffee, or do something else... Haircuts are not bad, but they will not give you detailed advice about balayage here, so I would not go with complex coloring.

The place is good, but the service is so-so... I was there 1 time. I arrived on time, waited 5-7 minutes for the masters to finish smoking, chat, wash their hands. The square was trimmed for elongation along with drying in 15 minutes. Although it usually takes at least an hour. Crooked, went to another salon, leveled. There is no drying with a hair dryer and a round comb (as in all hairdressers, not to mention salons). Just a hair dryer on the tips was sent back and forth a couple of times and that's it.
My husband went there to get a haircut, he was also unhappy. In general, we will not go there anymore.

The only place all the time where, in response to a remark to the master that she was not doing as I asked, the master made a scandal, threw an object that was in her hands on the table, swore at me, insulted everyone in front of the team, shouted that I should not come to her anymore, she would not serve me. I didn't want to finish the job. In the end, she apologized. But,,,, the sediment from the place of this remained. The administrator was protecting her employee, (it is not clear of course from what) Like a kite!!!The director IGNORED this situation and patted her employee on the head, because they rest together with the whole team, so employees are allowed to do everything!!!! And they know about it, so they can behave like that. But I never thought that after making a remark after 3 unsuccessful attempts by the master, I would get such a concert with such humiliations of me in front of people.!
Yes. And the complaint book was never provided to me after 10 times of the petition!!!!
It is a pity that the director is not interested in bringing discipline and respect to the client! The customer is always right, this is the service sector!!!!
