This IS NOT A RESTAURANT. THE FIRST THING THAT'S RESTAURANT-FRIENDLY HERE IS THE PRICES!!! and everything. THE FOOD DOES NOT MATCH WHAT IS STATED IN THE MENU (which is made no different from the menu in the cafe + in the file). SOLYANKA IS A PICKLE. DUMPLINGS ARE NOT ABOUT ANYTHING, (maybe they are of their own production) BUT THE LOOK AND TASTE OF THE DOUGH IS NOT THEIR RESTAURANT.
INTERIOR (I paid attention as a designer) IT'S CHEAP AND IF YOU COMPARE IT WITH A CAFE, THEN THERE'S NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT. THE TOILET IS DIRTY, THE TRASH IS OVERFLOWING, EVERYTHING IS STAINED, (maybe it just got there), BUT- WITH A CENTURY-OLD LAYER OF DUST, THE CHANDELIER SAYS THE OPPOSITE!!!!!!!!!!!
THE WAITRESS - A SEPARATE MOMENT, BRINGING THE BILL, STOOD WAITING FOR HER TO BE PAID WITH DIRTY DISHES IN HER HANDS OVER HER SOUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! CAFE FOR THREE- NO MORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A good menu, large portions (for example, pancakes with mushrooms and meat 400g), all dishes are perfectly decorated. The waiters are friendly and tactful. On Fridays (I don't know about weekends for sure) there is live music.

Sooooo slow service, 2 waiters for a full room, I wouldn't be surprised if there is only one cook at all. The air conditioner blows terribly with cold air (in November!), the prices are not small, the food is tolerable, but the service is zero. We mixed up the order and offered neither a replacement, nor a discount, nor a compliment - we will not come again and will not advise anyone. Avoid it.
