A wonderful hotel for family holidays. We stayed on the 5th floor in a 2-bed + 1 (breakfast included). Gorgeous view of old Tbilisi from the window. There is a cafe next to the room on the floor where we had breakfast. An atmospheric lounge with a terrace. We were in December and just looked out the wide windows. These views can be enjoyed endlessly.
We walked a lot, our three days flew by with comfort and safety.

The hotel is conveniently located, near the metro, within walking distance of attractions, a park, restaurants. The views from the room window were very impressive. Comfortable beds. The linen is starched, it's nice to sleep. The breakfasts are delicious. I recommend the hotel for your stay.

We were at this hotel (KMM) from 04/27/2024 to 05/22/2024.The hotel as a whole made a great impression!The location is generally admired in the historical center of Tbilisi! Of course, we can say that with a room with a view of the Vakhtangu Gorgasalia monument and the Ancient Temple, we were very lucky!There are only 4 such rooms and ours (313) with such an overview!Unfortunately, the rest of the rooms have no review at all!But maybe that's not the main thing for someone.The breakfasts are normal, they did not leave hungry after breakfast.Of course, there is no Georgian cuisine at breakfast, but there was still a variety of food.Fruits,vegetables,sausages,cheeses,drinks (coffee,tea,juice)There were also hot dishes, modestly but with taste.The room has everything you need + air conditioning.The rooms are spacious and cozy!The staff is friendly, they will tell you everything.The hotel is located in a very convenient location, from the metro station (Avlabari) to the hotel meters (250-300) well, just very close! I definitely recommend this hotel!

The main advantage of this hotel is the view from the balcony. He's beautiful! The hotel is located on a hill and, thanks to this, the whole of old Tbilisi, ancient churches, and a cable car will open up in front of you. Book rooms on the last and penultimate floors. The balconies themselves are the size of a room. The last floor is finished according to the latest word, the Hilton or Sheraton level, the penultimate floor is a little tired from time, but in general it is not critical.
Breakfast is served in the next building. No frills, but you're full. The staff is excellent, despite the fact that the young people are trying to speak Russian. Special thanks to Anya's girlfriend, she is always ready to help with a sincere smile! We arrived on motorcycles, we were parked at our request next to the hotel so that we could see them from the balcony. There are many restaurants, wine shops and bars around. The embankment is 3 minutes away. 7-8 minutes to the old town.

Breakfast is a buffet. A diverse, plentiful set of products.
It is located in the center of old Tbilisi, within walking distance of Rike Park, funicular, Bridge of Peace, gray baths area and other attractions.
Stylish design , excellent rooms, very clean, change of towels daily, very polite, caring staff.
The hotel is magnificent. I definitely recommend it.

It's a terrible hotel! The only good thing is the location and pressure of the water in the shower.
They are poorly cleaned, the breakfasts are meager, and on 02.01.2025 the New Year did not get to breakfast at all. I've read the reviews, they're all good, I don't know why we were so unlucky. I asked to bring ice to the room, they brought it only for the 3rd day. The towel was changed 1 time during the 5 days of stay. It got to the point where I had to go to the reception to ask for toilet paper, as it was out, and we didn't get a new one when cleaning. Bed linen with holes. Black hair at the corners.

A wonderful hotel with amazing views of Tbilisi. When you walk all day and your feet are already buzzing, you can sit on the balcony with a glass of wine and admire the ancient city. Comfortable beds, fine bed linen and towels. A good breakfast, you won't stay hungry. The staff is polite and responsive, they settled in without payment, said how to change the money, so pay, extended the room without problems

A great hotel with stunning views of the old town, sitting on the balcony of the restaurant during breakfast or from the rooms on the top floor, helpful staff, always clean and calm.
The hotel is located in the heart of Tbilisi, everything is within walking distance, I personally really liked it and recommend this hotel for a stay.

Nice cozy hotel. The standard rooms are very small (the old building) , perhaps the situation is better in the new one ... the breakfasts are normal , but it may be monotonous for someone . A good inexpensive hotel in the very center of Tbilisi. The location of the hotel is very advantageous, near the peace bridge, the old town, the funicular, many cafes, restaurants and shops.
The room is nice, small, but comfortable. The bathroom does not smell, the air conditioner works well. The breakfast is very good and delicious.

Nice hotel. Clean rooms. Excellent location. There is delicious food at breakfast, there is enough choice, everyone will find for themselves.
The only negative is that in the evenings, hot water is turned off at night. Very uncomfortable. I have to go down to the reception and ask to be turned on.

Unfortunately, we booked this hotel through a tour operator based on positive reviews.
Upon arrival, we were accommodated in room 407 - there are 5 local channels on the TV, the heated towel rail is icy and with condensation, terrible audibility - the tenant from the room opposite had to be urgently asked several times to turn down the music after 23.00. At 6 a.m. we were woken up by the voices of people passing up the stairs. After two sleepless nights, we went to the reception and were moved to economy class (without refund), with an appropriate view from the window.
The request to correct the situation was refused.
The saddest thing is that when we left the hotel on 30.04.24, we observed exactly the same situation at the reception with a couple from Russia(((
You should draw conclusions.....

The hotel is located in the Avlabari area with a magnificent view of the Old Town. It has two buildings, one with a reception and rooms, the second with rooms and a restaurant. We took two rooms – a standard one, it was located on the ground floor and a view room, on the 4th floor. The standard one is a bit damp, but in general OK, but the specific room is a top. The staff is friendly, many speak Russian, to clarify. The breakfasts are varied and delicious, you can take a table on the balcony with a great view and calmly drink coffee. Unfortunately, there is no parking at the hotel, but we left the car on the street around the corner. It was also important for us to pay for accommodation on the spot, and only book on the website (the form is modern and convenient). When we return to Tbilisi, we will check into the same hotel again)

- sometimes there are problems with water, pressure and temperature, there is a chemical smell from the wallpaper in the corridor, it is weaker in the room.
there was no soap in the room and 3 shampoos. Until I asked for soap, they didn't bring it.

I didn't find any bad reviews for this hotel anywhere and chose it. I do not recommend booking bluejay rooms: the room is located in the basement, it is cold and damp. There's mold in the shower. The room is all shabby.

In 2013, I stayed at this hotel for 3 days.
Polite and Pleasant people, it turned out that the owner of the hotel in droga gave a canister of homemade wine, I still remember the taste.
