It's terrible! They charged 23,000 for the suite, although the price of 17,000 was negotiated in a month! There is no toilet paper, I'm not talking about soap! The toilet is broken (I forgot to take a picture)! The bed is covered in dirty stains! The bed is broken (to our indignation, they said IT HAPPENS)!In the hotel itself, the smell is dirty, smoky, soaked (although the ad is hanging smoking is prohibited)!The dishes are dirty, the room is cold, only warm batteries at night! The room is dirty! We stayed only because there was nowhere else to stay in Kurchum, because there was an oath in the military unit, and everything was occupied! The staff leaves much to be desired, they are rude, they do not know how to talk to the customers of their hotel at all, and they do not even try! Reading all the negative reviews of this hotel, it is clear that the problem is not solved by ANYONE, from the word AT ALL! If possible, book and stay in other hotels, in another place in Kurchum! In a nutshell, I DON'T RECOMMEND IT!!!

A good hotel. I was passing by on my bike, I left it in the hall. I took a simple double room for 7000. Shower and toilet in the room. Hot water. Hand soap. Take the rest of the supplies and toilet paper with you.
There are shops and a bakery nearby.

I was in Kurchum on my way, stayed in a cozy,comfortable KNEDA hotel,the staff is wonderful, the administrator Irina is very polite,the rooms are clean, the bed is clean,there are no cockroaches, the furniture is all new,I will advise friends and family

Bottom for a huge price. There is no toilet paper in the suite for 15,000 tenge, the administrator says that employees should not monitor its availability. The toilet is wobbly. A double bed with a double mattress was provided with single short sheets. The breakfast is not tasty. I advise you to avoid it.
