What can I give 5 stars for? There are practically no similar shops in our city, and therefore it is difficult to compare, but I will express my wishes. The choice of books is excellent, the opportunity to find a book is available in different formats, both through an operator and independently via a computer. I was pleasantly surprised by the guard's politeness and his knowledge of the locations of books. As always, you want to see lower prices or some promotions and conditions for which you feel that you are ready to pay more than when buying online.
There are places where you can sit down and read excerpts, steps to get books from the upper shelves. There are even books "for 500 tenge", but there are completely unreadable books that are not worth 500. Due to organizational inconveniences, the entrance and exit are in different places, if you left a bag in the cell, you will have to return. I did not check the possibility of ordering books. And, of course, I would like to see a branch in the eastern part of the city.

I used to buy books of the Pandemonium series, and each cost 5k, although the base price of the book was 2k, I did not like it. "The Silent Patient" by Alex Michaelides price 11,600 tenge, bought exactly the same for OZONE, 3,780 TENGE, which is called feel the difference.
I understand that there are absolutely masterpiece, rare editions, and the prices are sky-high, and you may even have to buy. But from such moments, you wonder if it's right, who calculates the prices?
Books are not particularly read anyway.
