The first line from the sea. Dinner on the balcony overlooking the sunset. A sweet, hospitable and helpful hostess. The prices are not high for such a location and breakfast.

The expectations of a 4 star hotel were much better than they actually were. Excellent location first line. Probably the best in Kobuleti. According to the description in the Booking and the Island, the beach is private, in fact it is absolutely public. The quality of the rooms is excellent, very pleasant at first glance. But there is a terrible smell of sewage, especially for some reason in the late afternoon when going to bed. The suite had a sea view, a gorgeous view, the sound of the surf. But this is overshadowed every evening by the barking of packs of homeless dogs. Dogs are chiped, under the protection of "animal rights activists". In the evening, they bark at every passerby, sometimes it's scary.
There are no toothbrushes, toothpaste, shaving kit in the suite of a 4-star hotel, water is not brought to the room, there is no kettle and mugs. The bed linen and towels are excellent, snow-white. Room cleaning on request is always excellent. Beach towels are always available. There are sun loungers on the beach, but for a fee. I asked the head of the hotel about the sun loungers, she replied that they were not theirs, they were for rent. Although once in the evening, my wife saw how she personally reread them, and the man who rents out deck chairs constantly hangs out at the hotel.
The breakfast buffet is meager, there is nothing to eat, not even a classic fried egg. Some kind of incomprehensible tortillas or egg pancakes. They really give fruits, melons, watermelons, pears. Instant coffee, no coffee machine.
The restaurant has lunch and dinner for a fee, they cook smartly, a good menu and a pleasant waiter. Thanks a lot to Becke.
Parking is small and cramped. But the hostess of the hotel herself is clearly monitoring and vigilant so that outsiders do not park cars. So you can always park it.
There is a small pool, we swam once, it seemed cool.
In general, if the administration pays a little attention to the service, it will be much more pleasant to relax at the hotel. And so I definitely don't want to come here a second time.
I would also write about the beach and the purity of the water in the sea, but this is no longer relevant to the hotel.

Nice hotel! We arrived without reservation at the height of the season, the receptionist offered us a check-in for three days with a room change every day. Naturally , this suited us . I liked all the rooms, two rooms were large and with sea views, just gorgeous! The rooms are clean. The hotel has a swimming pool with sun loungers. The price included breakfast , generally normal , overshadowed only by disgusting instant coffee ... like soot ( . An important point for us is that the hotel has parking, it is very difficult to put a car anywhere in the season. Bottom line, we liked everything, I recommend it!

Near the sea. It's just wonderful! Walking on the terrace. You can sunbathe on the roof. Polite staff! In the evening there is an opportunity to have a delicious and hearty dinner.

We had a rest in December, it was cool, the heating was turned off in the rooms in winter, although there is central heating. They warmed themselves with heaters. The cafe and the pool were no longer working.
Among the advantages: the city center, near shops, a market, a beautiful view from the window, a compliment from the hotel management in the form of a bag of fruit and a bottle of homemade wine. There is a small gym, paid. There is parking.
Of the minuses: the beach is only public, there are a lot of dogs near the hotel, the main dog by the end of the first week has already started to meet and guard us (this is a plus :)))
The sewage system on the beach is concrete with cracks, water and odors seep out of it.
Feces of dogs on the beach, I hope they are cleaned in the summer.

The location is excellent, the breakfasts are good, there is nothing to complain about, but there are a lot of little things that you have to ask for, such as a kettle in the room, a non-working safe, a poorly working lock on the door, missing curtains on the windows, and this is in the suite. It's fine for a night or two, not for longer.

Friends, this is a wonderful hotel. The staff is excellent. There were no problems. The room with a sea view is simply amazing. If you want to swim in the pool, walk 10 meters into the sea. For the particularly fastidious, breakfast is not very good, but we had enough. Cleanliness is held in high esteem there. I've been to a lot of places, but it's really comfortable there. I recommend.

A nice hotel on the beach (the sea is across the street, but there are no buildings there, so in fact the first line). The beach is a large pebble, so it can be problematic to enter and even more so to leave with medium waves. In addition, the beach is public, sun beds are paid. The hotel itself has a wonderful restaurant, but keep in mind, the portions are HUGE :) So, coming from hunger, do not fall for your own "raking eyes". The rooms are clean, Wi-Fi is stable and fast... On TV, the "Star" and the German "First" are steadily accepted. There is a swimming pool on site, but it is small. There are many shops and cafes in the area, and karaoke is constantly playing in many of them. Russian Russian is the language of many inscriptions in the hotel and in the city of Kobuleti in general, and many people also understand Russian. Oh, I almost forgot: there is a sunbathing area on the roof of the hotel with an excellent mountain view!
