I went with the children for the first time to this institution, did not immediately notice me on the table, ask the girl for what to do, with such a rude voice and look showed where the menu was already my 2-year-old child shuddered.
further down the menu, I say what we need, and in response, they almost shouted at us to speak by number.
okay, I think I'll call the number so be it, then when I started saying what we need, the girl raised her voice even more and stood looking at the ceiling as if there was no one there, then I couldn't stand it and asked her why she was talking to me in such a form, to which I was answered in the same tone as in the institution the music is loud and whatever we can hear, she speaks so loudly... and also looked at the ceiling …
naturally, I didn't order anything, and I left with a very weak energy that the children never even asked for these more colored pancakes. although we go there every day.
P.S. We were there at the end of the summer, but it turned out to leave a review only now, and this is my first review at all, I usually do not write. but I decided to write here because I have never met such an attitude.
I will forgive you to pay close attention to the management of personnel selection.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I decided not to pass by this institution.
The other day I just went to take a drink with me, but I got the feeling that I killed someone, judging by the reaction of the waitress girl. I have never seen such an unfriendly reaction to a visitor anywhere. Dear institution, please listen to the reviews on the sites and improve the quality of customer orientation and service of your employees. With one expression on her face, the girl made it clear that customers were not welcome there.
Otherwise, the institution will remain completely without visitors

The place is beautiful, but the service is 0%, I have not seen such dissatisfied employees yet. There is no customer orientation. We went in with a friend, looked at the menu and left without even trying anything, because it became uncomfortable. Work out the communication skills of your employees. And then there was a feeling that we were alone in the institution, we had to tell ourselves everything, advise and serve ourselves. It's very unpleasant.

A place where there is zero comfort. We came with a friend, and we didn't order anything. The staff would like to wish for the best. She stood there with a dissatisfied face and could not even advise anything. When the girl asked if there was soup available, she replied "no" and just left. I wanted to eat pancakes, but with this approach it's better to stay hungry

I go to the pancake house for the 3rd time. The first time I didn't eat, they told me to wait more than an hour. The second time there was nothing out of stock, in other words, whatever was chosen, there was always one ingredient missing. They're gone. And today they cooked a pancake for me in 5 minutes. But, even when I ate, the impression was so-so. The pancake was not delicious in the park at the stall tastier a thousand times. The service also leaves much to be desired, not hello, not goodbye. During this year, we came here three times for pancakes - we didn't get them three times: the first time we were told that we would have to wait more than an hour, the second time something didn't work, the third time we had to wait 30-40 minutes.
3 stars for drinks and a pleasant atmosphere (although the place is hot in the summer - I sympathize with those who work there).
