I get coffee every morning at the Lobby bar of the BC Titul, but after today's incident, I'm not sure I'll be back. The girl at the checkout is known to many as an unpleasant and boorish person. When I gave her 50 rubles, she said with irritation and anger: "Are you kidding me?" Then she added: "I don't have that kind of money in my entire cash register!" and with a sneer: "Only if you give them to me.
All this was happening in front of the queue, and they just refused to serve me. I had to change the money myself to pay for the coffee.
It's definitely not the first time she's behaved like this, and many people know her as a boorish and unpleasant employee. It's a shame that a regular customer is treated this way. I hope the management pays attention.

Delicious food and cocoa. The waiting time was a couple of minutes. There is a terrace where you can relax and have a cup of coffee, tea or cocoa. The prices are reasonable. I recommend this place!
