I ordered a carrot cake at the Bakehouse for my son's birthday. On the coffee shop's website, part of the assortment that they make is presented, I came to the coffee shop and approached the girl who takes orders, she wrote everything down and in order to make sure that the carrot cake would be exactly the way it is depicted on their website, the girl went to the pastry chef and when she returned confirmed the order, she said YES, we will do exactly that. I ordered it 8 days in advance. There are three days left before my birthday and they call me saying that we will not make you a cake exactly like on our website externally, sorry! Of course, I'm shocked, and the question immediately arises why couldn't I have said this before!? Of course, I refused their services, they apologized. Further, at the moment of my son's holiday in the midst, while in the game center, some number persistently calls me 7 times, as a result, I leave all the children with an animator in the playroom and go out to pick up the phone and there is a man from the bakehouse who asks for money for a CARROT cake! That is, they refused me, created an uncomfortable situation for me, and then they made a cake exactly and also wanted me to pay for it with indignation, as well as showed the number to the deliverer and the date when they called me to confirm whether this was the case!!! In general, the assortment is good in the coffee shop, but the work of the staff is very lame, inexperienced young staff, there is no organization, orders are accepted for a piece of torn leaf!Lack of customer communication skills is 100%.

There was 1 time in the institution itself – constant queues and the inability to sit down with the family normally excluded this institution from the list of our permanent places. But they have the best pastry shop in the city. Fantastic cakes that can be taken not only in whole, but also in pieces, which we do regularly.

I don't have a sweet tooth, so I can't fully appreciate desserts. The selection is large and quite decent, but, for my taste, almost all cakes and pastries are added too much sugar.
And here's the coffee... It's just lovely. The cheapest in the city, but at the same time very tasty and, in my experience, does not depend on who cooks it (which is atypical for most coffee shops).
There are always a lot of visitors in the cafe, but this does not bother, because the service is fast and normal.
