Pleasant interior, friendly staff. Well, the food is delicious... except for porridge. Porridge, in the usual sense, they do not know how to cook: instead of rice porridge, boiled rice is obtained, and instead of herculean porridge, steamed flakes filled with milk are obtained.
Of course, this is not a disadvantage - it's just porridge in Kyrgyz. And accordingly, it does not spoil a good impression.
In general, I recommend this chain and this particular institution

So: I came, chose a place, immediately brought the menu, ordered (so far 5 points). The cleaner came and began to wash the floors with a sooooo strong-smelling product. (-1 point). I went to the summer veranda, was offered a blanket and brought the ordered drink (+ 1 point). After a while, a dish was brought, half cold (-1 point). That's it for me)

All Bagels in Bishkek are excellent.
I am pleased with delicious food and adequate prices.
All the time for breakfast lunch and dinner I went to a bagel and it was always great.

A very slow waiter was on the veranda on 07/04/2023. Unfortunately, I do not know the name, the employee was without a badge, and I did not want to communicate additionally.
My dissatisfaction began with the fact that when I came to the Bagel, I asked the waiter if there were any empty tables, to which he immediately replied - "No." As a result, we decided to wait outside until a table was available, at that time other visitors came in and, apparently, there were places, because they did not return.
Fortunately, another waitress helped us later, for which I thank her very much. It is immediately obvious that a person is DOING his job.
Okay, maybe it's not in the competence of this employee, but the second incident, I think, was entirely the responsibility of the waiter: he brought me a dish, but did not serve the dishes! Before I could say a word, he was gone. I had to try to call at least one waiter for 5 minutes.
This is about the service.
As for the dishes, the lentil soup was excellent, the salmon bowl was delicious, but for four because of the incomprehensibly cooked rice. Citrus lemonade is delicious, but bubble tea disappointed.
Bottom line: as a consumer and visitor of this institution, I was very dissatisfied with the level of service! The Bagel, which is popular throughout Bishkek, caused me to ask how good the cuisine is in general, but why such a poor level of service?
