Yesterday we visited this coffee shop with a friend. The atmosphere is great, but the customer service leaves much to be desired, we will not return.
At 19:55 we made an order (just coffee), we were told that it would be in takeaway cups, because the coffee shop is closing soon and they will already wash the dishes (closing time is 21:00). I don't understand how this should concern a customer who orders coffee an hour before the cafe closes.
Then they mixed up the order, but they quickly redid it, it's okay.
And at 20:53, they already started walking around the hall and turning off the garlands, preparing for closing.
During this entire hour, we were the only visitors and left at 20:58, without detaining anyone.

I offered to pay as much as I needed, but they refused me, absolutely categorically, arguing that I should buy something, although I planned to come here for coffee in an hour (filming was planned in this house) - which I also informed. It's still a rejection, either you buy something or you leave. Humiliating persuasion to pay for a toilet is absurd. With a bunch of bags in my hands, I didn't need coffee at that moment. At the end of the working day, there was no change from 100 rubles. The coffee shop serves not only coffee but also dishes. I had 5 rubles and I wanted to buy a latte. As a result, she gave me a gift to solve this situation somehow, but we didn't decide. I was left without coffee and in a bad mood. As the manager of a good institution, I want to comment on the situation. There is always a way out, you can always go to a meeting, I did not ask for free coffee, I had money. It was possible to pour less milk, but the employees of the coffee shop have no imagination and solutions. The managers are recommended to work with the staff.

I took off the star for coffee, unfortunately, after trying all possible options, I don't like coffee here. I don't know what the reason is, the staff is constantly changing, but the cooking recipe seems to remain unchanged :).
