I shared my feedback with the restaurant and I'm leaving it here and I'll place it in a couple more places:
1. The restaurant does not have delivery. They order it from Yandex and the customer pays for the delivery. You will find out about the cost after the delivery is completed. The cost of delivery came out to 2500 drams, which is more than 50% of the cost of the dish. We found out about this when the courier was already on his way to us.
2. The restaurant specializes in Japanese cuisine. We didn't get ginger. When asked why, the restaurant apologized. But "sorry, next time you will eat normally, but this time you spent 16+ thousand drams to eat and we forgot to put part of the order for you" well, guys. Or see point 3 and they do not understand at all what they are cooking and why they are putting it.
3. It feels like the cook has escaped. I'm not even talking about the taste right now and I suggest you enjoy photos of culinary masterpieces. Either it was cut by someone far from cooking, or in a drunken stupor.
4. To spoil the Friday evening for customers so much that instead of having a good time, everyone was discussing service and food - this is a very bad indicator. And it is these things that are remembered the most, unfortunately
5. Did all the fish swim away from the restaurant? Otherwise, where is she? There is almost none on the rolls.
I would like to note that we ate food from this place for the 3rd time. We got there because of the promotion that the restaurant ordered. We are at the action for the money! we purchased coupons that gave us the right to choose the second course for free. When we were there for the first time, the rolls were normal, there was fish. However, noodles, rice, meat and other varieties of dishes were not tasty. But we were mostly interested in rolls, so we ordered food from there 2 more times. Once without incident (they asked to pay in cash, but this time only in cash) and after 1-2 months, apparently the restaurant ran out.
I gave feedback to the restaurant, to which they replied: "we made concessions to you, your coupons expired on October 1st."
Is it cool? It sounds like we brought you inedible food for 16k because your coupons ran out, but we forgot to tell you about it and inform you after receiving negative feedback. (We were not rude, everything is OK here, it's about how the restaurant solves problems and works with feedback)
In short, there are very cool places in Yerevan where they will put fish for you, they will be interested and take part if they haven't finalized it somewhere and fix everything. So let the guys fix the situation, you can eat somewhere else for now, and then if they manage, enjoy normal food and service.
It's a very pleasant place. The interior is stylish and atmospheric, it's very cool that there is an aquarium with live oysters) The menu is also interesting, we especially liked the rolls and chicken with oranges. We have been there several times and ordered home delivery. I recommend it!

The restaurant positions itself as a Japanese cuisine restaurant, rather average in cost, perhaps even closer to the expensive price category. From the very beginning, something went wrong. Half of the presented menu is missing, almost all of the ordered items were from what was available, and not what they wanted. After ~ 40 minutes of waiting at an absolutely empty table (during this time, even the appliances and tea were not brought), the cook came up and reported that the fish (salmon) was spoiled!!! Excuse me, how is that??? rotten fish in a fish restaurant??? Thank you for warning me and not cooking with her! Therefore, rolls can only be made with tuna!!! Since a lot of time had already been spent waiting and I really wanted to eat (especially the child, we were a family), we agreed to replace salmon in one of the types of rolls with tuna, rejecting several others.
Then they finally brought tomyam and a bowl of rice, the rice is very sour, as if cooked not in ordinary water, but in water with citric acid. Well, OK, maybe I don't understand something and there should be such rice for Tom, but this is the first time I've met with such a person, including after a month of living in Japan, I had to visit once. BUT the tuna rolls brought after are exactly the same sour disgusting rice!!! We somehow ate what we brought with hunger! None of the staff even remembered about the balls with potatoes and cheese that we ordered, they were never brought! I didn't even remind you anymore!
And the cherry on the cake is invoicing...two teas instead of one brought in the receipt + replacement of salmon rolls with more expensive tuna rolls, and as a result + 4 thousand drams to the order. Fortunately, I can already read Armenian at least a little and am able to check all the items in the receipt.
The family evening is hopelessly ruined, our late lunch or early dinner failed, we left upset and still hungry. It's good if it doesn't have any health consequences! Don't set foot in this place anymore!

At first they say that the delivery takes an hour
An hour later - "I couldn't say that", they are just preparing for an hour
As a result, they only cooked for 1.5 hours!
And it would be fine if the rolls were delicious, you could understand
the rolls are disgusting, small, crooked, the fish is stale, the taste is spoiled, the rice is overcooked, the cheapest as if
No one will ask about sauces and appliances, they will put as much as they want. Payment is therefore a transfer to a CARD. That is, if you can't pay in cash, be ready.
The conclusion is terrible inedible rolls, no service, ruined evening. Let's hope that at least without poisoning. Although it will be known later.
A great place , unexpectedly very tasty rolls , just a bomb , a bar for those who want to chat and sit in such an atmosphere
