The place for pickup is the production workshop. There is a kindergarten and a school nearby, so there are often not enough parking places. Payment in cash. That's all the negativity, if I may say so. You arrive at the appointed time. You pick up the order. We were never late.
I won't tell you about the delivery, because I only used pickup, it's cheaper this way.
The quality has not decreased for about 3 years, this is the time I order regularly. There is nothing outstanding in terms of packaging and appearance. But because of the quality of the ingredients and the taste, I consider them the best in Grodno.

Rolls are tastier than anywhere else in Grodno. Soy sauce, ginger, wasabi, chopsticks as a gift.
Disadvantages:
DELIVERY may arrive 2 hours earlier without warning. As it turned out this time. And it's not the courier's mistake here, because in previous orders, the delivery time was boldly DUPLICATED with a MARKER. Now they have indicated in small print, and in the comments section +- 15 minutes and gave the courier 2 hours earlier for delivery. Thank you so much for the hot rolls that arrived 2 hours earlier than expected. As a result, I had to eat right away when I wasn't hungry yet. The rest was put in the refrigerator. The courier apologized, and I can understand him, but those who are on the issue are not. It had already happened once, but the courier called and said that he would bring it in 5 minutes, when there were 2 hours left before delivery. It turns out that this is not an "accident". The rest of the orders arrived 15 minutes earlier or later. Do not plan any events, they may let you down.
OTHER rolls WERE BROUGHT. Instead of a dragon, Canada. That is, instead of avocado and salmon, cucumber. We were able to get through and get a discount on the next order. Thanks for that.
