It's a very strange place. We came with a group of friends, they ordered food, I wanted to eat pilaf at the nearby pilaf center and ordered only tea. After about half an hour, I was told that the tea was over :))) I probably will never remember this at all. A friend ordered coffee, it was overcooked and bitter, like our pastime in this restaurant. The only plus and you can use it as a life hack is to order tea, which is not available for half an hour for free to ride at a table on a moving platform :)
I really don't understand all this: from such a restaurant, with a human approach, you can make a very cool tourist and not only place (tasty, pleasant). And now it's some kind of game.

1. Here (attention!) A password for Wi-Fi is being sold. I'm sorry, how is that? This is the first time I've seen this.
2. You can't get into the restaurant freely. Since it is located even higher than the observation deck on the TV tower, you have to pay 40 thousand soums for admission.
3. The choice in the menu leaves much to be desired. At the same time, the price tag is higher than in other similar establishments in the city.
4. An employee of the restaurant named Camilla is in no hurry, is rude to the staff and clarifies relations with colleagues loudly, without being shy of the guests.
5. After ordering a cheesecake, we were very surprised by what we saw. Firstly, the waiter, putting a piece of less than 100 grams on a plate, broke it. Well, indeed, no matter how beautiful it is, you will still eat. Secondly, it was a slurry of dough and condensed milk with caramel. It cost like a kilo of cheesecake
6. What a cherry. We ordered a mojito lemonade. They didn't wait until they left. Why? There was no ice, as it turned out. We were asked to wait a little longer, the courier is about to bring the ice. And I'm sorry, couldn't you have said 45 minutes before that?
7. Toilet. He's not in the restaurant. There is a toilet on the ground floor near the elevator. It looks like the most rundown at the most remote railway station. Well, it's just a shame. After all, the tower is a tourist attraction!

The coffee was picketed, tea in the kettle by the way, too (Ahmad). The ice cream was delicious. We haven't tried the kitchen, but I don't think it's worth it. I put 1 star only for the view, speaking of the view, the windows are dirty, and some have condensation all over the window.

Horror, pain and disappointment!
Potentially the coolest place in Tashkent because of the location... in fact turned out to be a menagerie! At the entrance (security service) they shout to each other at a distance of 10 meters like monkeys. On the observation deck, a single employee selling snacks sits and watches YouTube videos ... when asked to turn off or put on headphones, he says that they are closed and turns off the lights and air conditioners around the perimeter.
The restaurant itself disappointed not only with an unreasonable price tag, but also with the most terrible and tasteless performance ... there is no worse veal neck anywhere in the WORLD!!!

To book a table, they asked to make a 300 thousand prepayment
I sent it to them on the card.
We came with friends and children and ordered fresh apple juice, which turned out to be a dead fly, but this is not the end. We ordered a tongue in cream sauce, there were pieces of a package.
When the bill was asked, we and the waiter forgot everything that there was an advance payment of 300 thousand. The next day, I called and asked for a refund to the card.
As a result, the money was not returned, they take the phone every other time and find some excuses, the hostess must come, we will take it from him and send you some complete nonsense
They are not going to return the money.
I do not recommend this place.
We have wanted to go to this restaurant for a very long time and this is such a disgusting experience.
P.S unfortunately, they did not take a picture of a fly, not a package of hot snacks, but just calmly gave it away.

The receptionist, Camila, was rude, scolded for independently searching for a table and walking around the restaurant. The waiters are elusive and slow. It's a terrible place, I strongly do not recommend it! The "restaurant" has such potential, there is so much to offer guests, and as a result, except for the rotating platform and the view of the city (which was not really visible due to the bright lighting of the hall), there is nothing to offer. I sincerely do not understand why this establishment positions itself as a restaurant. There is a small selection of cold snacks on the menu, the alcohol card is generally sad! Only 1 brand of wine, 2 brands of champagne. And not of the best quality. Alcohol could have been provided more solidly for the restaurant. During our visit, they never poured wine for us, they left with 1/3 of the bottle unfinished.
About the food. We were warned that the hot stuff should be waited for about 40-45 minutes, in fact, steaks were brought in an hour! We asked for medium rare roasting, and as a result we got well done, so also overcooked, dry and cold. The mushroom sauce for the steaks was with a burning flavor, as a result, I ate my portion by half, but even despite my claim, they counted the dish to me! Instead of Rib Eye steak, they brought T-bone in general, the roasting was also not observed.
The claim was prompted to remove the service from the bill after we refused dessert from the restaurant. I had to pay for the filet Mignon, which was impossible to eat.
The service even in the kebab shop at home is better than in your "restaurant", and the kitchen too.
