A good residential complex, a protected area, within walking distance of a Green bazaar, a Turkish Delight confectionery factory, a park of 28 Panfilov Guards, a park named after them.Gorky, Sayakhat, Merey, developed transport interchange and many advantages.

The distance to the stops is long. And the house is nice and quiet. It's an unfortunate location, even though it's the center.
