A great cozy place for lovers, a large company and families. Amazing cuisine! We tried borscht, solyanka, pancakes with fruits, fondue, cold cuts with grilled vegetables, salad with eel and avocado, salad with beef, chicken with dor blue sauce. I really liked all of the above. I was pleased with the atmosphere of the place, as well as the polite and attentive staff! I highly recommend visiting!)))

A terrible place in terms of service!!! Or rather, his absence.
At the entrance, none of the waiters, and even the receptionist herself, are never greeted, and when leaving and paying at the checkout they do not say elementary "goodbye" - this already says a lot!!!
on November 4, 2021 they visited this institution, ate well and tasted good enough (there are no problems with the kitchen), but then what happens to their waiters- because of this, we simply will not come there anymore: repeatedly when you order so much that the waiter has to write it down in a notebook, they do not check the order, do not talk about it and bring what we did not order. So this time they brought us an extra beetroot salad. Then we sat with empty and dirty plates for about 20 minutes, as often happens, when we got tired of it, we went to the cashier behind the counter as usual (not for the first time). The receptionist is a girl who does not monitor or control anything.
By the way, we ate for a normal amount, more than 35 Belarusian rubles.
The waiter could not give change from 100, which is strange, then I gave 50- the change was found, but when I went outside, I had to go back again, because they did not remove the extra salad from the receipt, which we did not order. It costs 2 rubles, but not in money, as they say, but in principle.
When I went to the cashier, no one apologized, as usual, and since the check had already been punched and the money was deposited, the waiter had to take these 2 rubles out of his pocket - he took them out and "threw them to me carelessly", I'm not exaggerating, it was "thrown", the coin almost fell to the floor, flights over the stand.
Well, YOU know, IT'S NOT A SERVICE ANYMORE!!! And treating Customers like beggars, insulting them is not the case.
When I expressed my conclusions to the administrator about this and asked for a complaint book, she naively and a little impudently just said, "Well, excuse us," and apparently it always rolled. But not this time. Before that, she didn't give a damn about the Guests, she also stood when we entered and didn't greet us, at least "somehow." And what is there and who can teach it is not clear. The fish, as they say, goes out from the head.
The waiter himself did not express any regret about this situation and only said sarcastically: "Are you going to figure out the relationship here with dreams?" I would like to ask: Is this a waiter's business? Do they decide everything there? That's how establishments go bankrupt. We don't set foot there anymore, and I don't advise you until all of their mountain staff and their admins are completely fired and a new team is trained.

You can even see that the cleaning is done by a blunder. We went in with a friend on the evening of May 25 on Saturday, and sat down at a beautiful table, if you look closely, then the whole (top glass) is in strange spots. They brought a bruschetta to me and a friend, the bread is stale and unroasted, I barely have a warm friend fried on the grill until black, I liked it so much that they even photographed this work. After that, the crumbling rolls and cold mashed soup were no longer surprising. The dining room level. But it was satisfying, so they didn't even complain. The waiter did not bother to ask how and when to calculate us. I just brought the bill and threw it on the table. Extra work, or maybe we'll order something else, then you'll run back and forth again? There was a full house, and I feel how easily the administration can justify itself, even if the waiter, for any clarification, spoke in style: "I have 7 tables, what else do you want from me?" I am very sorry for the owners, I wish them to find a good manager. We came there only because of the recommendation. While their price tag includes the quality of service, while this quality is not there, I'd rather go to Gomel and sit in a good cafe there. Although few people are pleased that there is at least such a place, most people really liked it there. Hookah, vodka, etc. I think I'll go there in 5 years, maybe something will change.
