It's a great place, the view is simple.
It's better to go on weekends, nothing works on weekdays.
The kitchen is not very good. And going for a ride is worth it.
The only thing is, the road there is dead in the trash.
The service is zero. They don't know what works and what doesn't work. I went with the children to take them for a ride, they called and asked if they were working, they said they were working, and they came and told us that tubing did not work for children. The staff is not coordinated. I don't recommend it.
The place is not bad, but there is no service. There are many hikers and people on sleds on the slope. We arrived at 10.30 on Sunday, the rental was closed after 20 minutes, and as a result, we stood in line in a cramped room for another 30 minutes. Probably the workers like to sleep. A boat with a lift costs 6,000 thousand with its own equipment 5,000 thousand. Question rental costs 1000 tenge or this curved lift costs 5000. It costs 5300 for half a day on Shymkent, but there is nothing to compare here. Half of the hooks on the lift are broken because of this, the queue is huge. The red truck is apparently allowed on some special holiday, although we were on Sunday. In general, it's a so-so ski trip. I would just call it a small slide with an incomprehensible lift.
