Not bad. But frankly, it's time to change the furniture, at least partially. Traces of hot on everything. The purity is 4 with a minus. We stayed in the suite, we asked in advance to be perfectly clean. As a result, upon arrival, I had to call the staff for repeated cleaning ((( and so in general, an excellent base with its own beach, which is important and a large territory! The restaurant has a solid 4+ meal! The breakfast buffet, although with a small selection, is delicious! Swimming pool, sauna, hammam, small gym. In general, for including the first note on cleanliness, everything is at a good level!

A great place to relax, its own beach, Playground,place to play football,basketball,volleyball,delicious breakfast. The only thing that confused me was that they didn't wash the floor in the room very well, the sand after the beach was on the floor for 4 days and one moment confused me, they paid for the room, but they didn't give me a receipt, a document, when I asked about the payment document, they were very surprised, well, okay. Well, the wi-fi is weak, there was enough to eat.

Friendly staff, everything is at a high level! We went with a big company with a child.
We lived in a suite, a cool room. You can choose a house on the territory.
You can eat in the hotel restaurant.
I also recommend the Dostar cafe nearby, 100 meters away.
The hotel has a large territory with a forest, its own parking paths, barbecue areas, sports grounds. And also its own sandy beach!!!
On the ground floor of the hotel there is an aqua zone with a swimming pool and two saunas, a Finnish sauna and a hammam!!!!!
There are huge rocks on the beach, it's cool to go into the water from them and sit in the evenings watching the sunset.
In general, guys, we recommend Kokshebel!
We want to come again!

A very comfortable and cozy hotel. Sociable and friendly administrators. Delicious and hearty breakfasts. Swimming pool, sauna, hammam. 100 meters from the lake, with its own beach. We are very satisfied. Thank you very much.

The hotel is new - the renovation is good. The pool with saunas is also normal. The restaurant is pleasant.
We took a suite for 50,000, 2 double beds for 4 people, and there are only 2 small blankets!!!
At the reception, one girl offered a blanket for 5000 a night, the other for 3000.
Small blankets, thin pillows, so-so mattresses - it is impossible to sleep.
A hotel that is made for sleeping, and sleeping there is not pleasant - it is 2 stars.

There is Wi-Fi and Internet (I'm with a local Beeline SIM card. I bought it at the border).
The squirrels were fed by hand. Cool.
