Pros: affordable price (8 thousand / day), friendly receptionists, rooms are quite spacious.
Plus for me personally: the right object (ENU) is across the street, there is no risk of getting lost, so I turned a blind eye to the quality of the rooms. There is also a good canteen nearby, a pharmacy, a burger joint and a DoDoPitsa, a shop around the corner.
Cons: rather shabby rooms. The window in my room did not close the axis, the shower door was broken off, hot water did not flow immediately. Yes, and the front door was difficult to open! There are mosquitoes all the time. Because of the billiard room in the building, I woke up once to the rumble of balls.
Wi-Fi or not, or they didn't tell me about it, and I didn't ask because I didn't need to.
The rooms are not cleaned , there is dirt everywhere . The neighbors are fighting, someone is lying drunk near the billiard table. I don't recommend it to anyone
A bad hotel. We rented a 3-bed room for 2 days. The garbage is not cleaned. There is no kettle. There is a stink in the shower and in the toilet. The beds are all rolled up.
