This is a scourge charade. Everything is based on deception. Those who apply for the grant are transferred to paid tuition. Constant monetary extortion, fines, space penalties. The penalty fee for a month exceeds the annual payment. School-level education for the handicapped and the retarded. They don't teach you anything. Estimates are only for payment. Attendance at lessons is not required if there is a payment. It's a waste of a lot of money. After this charade, it is impossible to get anywhere.
