The mattress is uncomfortable, there are no balconies in the rooms, and the Wi-Fi practically did not work. Nice, clean hotel, polite staff. Breakfast is included in the room rate. Of the cons: there is no entertainment in the hotel. To fry a barbecue, you need to pay separately for the rental of a barbecue area of 10,000 tenge.

Excellent hotel, eco-style interior design, attentive staff, varied menu. We had a rest in August, tried different dishes in 7 days, you can eat in their restaurant, as well as make an order in the room. The room is clean, daily cleaning, there is everything you need - a kettle, mugs, refrigerator. The shower has daily clean supplies and new accessories (soap, gel, shampoo), there is a hair dryer. During the rest, we went on an excursion to Nur Sultan for the whole day, we were satisfied. In general, we are happy with everything. Thank you.

The hotel is good. Clear. It's warm and cozy. But...not a big wish, soft upholstery would be nice on the headboard. And there should be two pillows! But not like any other. ! It's not convenient enough. And the rest is not bad. Thank you, we liked it! I will recommend it to my friends.

The hotel is nice, clean, the staff is helpful. We were there for 5 days and all 5 days in a row there was the same breakfast to choose from, the same thing, scrambled eggs, omelet or porridge to choose from, and that's it. Only I didn't like the monotony, but we had a great rest, I liked Borovoe)
