A normal neighborhood for permanent residents of the city. It's noisy because of the mopedists, of whom there are a huge number in this area. It is convenient for pensioners, everything is within walking distance. Supermarkets, pharmacies, polyclinic and laboratories, as well as transport to anywhere in the city
