I would like to express my gratitude to all the guys working at this service station (especially Eugene and Dmitry). We broke down on the road on the highway near Baranovich, and with grief we got to the city in half. We found the nearest service station through Yandex maps and turned to them for help. The guys responded immediately and came to pick us up. They did everything in their power to us right away. And we quietly got home to Pinsk. (for general information, I was driving with little driving experience, a spouse with a broken right arm and a baby). The road turned out to be long and very difficult, but despite this, thanks to the guys, we still came home. And they also called and asked how we got there.

I drove the car, checked the suspension, sentenced all the levers,all the salenblocks, the rear beam,the repair was said with the locks in front of 400-500 rubles, the rear 600 rubles, then they called back and said the beam will be cheaper for you, drove to another service station on the industrial raised to the lift with a locksmith passed looked said the suspension is in excellent condition,the salenblocks are new reinforced, and the reason for the plasmas protection on the bushings is native, from old age it rattles and the whole sound, well, good, I went to another place, they said the same thing as the second one, I gave 35 rubles for new protection and work, put everything quiet and well, the 2009 Audi a3 sportback car!

I visited the suspension diagnostics at this service station. As a result, it was revealed that 4 silent blocks of the stretcher are suitable for replacement. During the repair (it's good that at another service station) it turned out that all 4 silent blocks are in excellent condition and do not require replacement. The conclusion is that the specialists of the COLA car service have very low qualifications and you should not contact them for diagnostics and even more so for repairs.

This service station was recommended to me by a friend, he says, "a normal service station." Well, I went... and from that moment on, my adventures with this mountain service began. Of the necessary work, it was necessary to replace the rear crankshaft oil seal (oil leak), change the crankcase filter, change the outboard bearing (bmw e60). And here are the first problems. The master demanded to purchase a new crankshaft sensor, since the one that was standing is very fragile and can break it when unscrewing, bought used, + 50p!!! And so, the long-awaited time came when it was possible to pick up your car. There are no questions about the oil seal, I did not see any leaks anymore, there was no way to check the crankcase filter, we assume that it was changed. Before replacing the outboard bearing, very little vibration was felt only when accelerating literally 1-2 seconds, and then, not always, 2-3 times out of 10) So, I get on the road, I start driving and there's a surprise!!! The car is vibrating, beating in the gimbal!!!! I'm going back to the service and they tell me that I need to change the rear tire of the gimbal!!!! new in the original cost +-450r!!!! I'm shocked!!!! After telephone consultations and searching for information on Internet forums, I come to the conclusion that this is not a case at all!!! The next morning I go to another service station, I-kyu garage. A test run, the car is rattling, it is impossible to drive even with a speed of 40 km! We hang the car on the lift. We remove the silencer and protection. Checking it out!!!! The vibration does not come at all from the place where the joint stands, but in the place where the outboard bearing was placed (where the gimbal connects). It turns out that the would-be master did not set the marks during disassembly, so that later he could calmly put everything back in its place without any problems. As a result, I got to 40p dismantling / mounting of the gimbal, 30p balancing of the gimbal, 40p taxi, because I had to ride a lot around the city in solving this problem + spent almost a day not counting nerves. And yes, after the order and payment of 230p, I was never given a check!!!!
