I recommend it as an addition to the tour for tourists. You can take a bird's-eye view of Minsk. There are open and closed cabins, there are only 4 open ones with 4 seats, they are allowed to open from the age of 12.

A good wheel, a big one.. However, it was scary on the open wheel only when we went upstairs. The view is gorgeous, you can look at it as much as you want.. Do you want to relax and take pictures? This way for you)
