I can't help but share my impressions of the trip to Georgia (07/25/2024-08/29/2024). I really liked the organization of the tour. Excellent transit hotels. The euphoria ended upon check-in at the Oliva Guest House. The number did not match any of the photos posted on the company's website. Dirty walls, mold/mildew in the bathroom, on pillows, in the bedside table. There was not even a tulle . Despite the presence of a bathroom and air conditioning in the room, this is clearly an economy room, at the same time other rooms, for example, No. 1, looked normal, corresponded to the photo. The business card of the guest house is the owner lying in the hall or on the swing, unaware that in the summer kitchen water "whistles" from all three taps in different directions, the doors in the rooms open and close with such a sound that you can wake up all the vacationers, and other problems.The calm lasted until about 23.00, after which friends came to the owner, loud shouts, laughter, the sound of furniture being broken (dragged), etc. were heard from the hall. This applies to living on the ground floor, perhaps there was another life on the second floor. I think that when concluding a contract, it is necessary to convey to the client FULL information about the place to which he is going, and not just what looks beautiful. I would like to mention Karelia. The trip was from 7:00 a.m. to night. But there was little time for everything. Running everywhere. An hour on the canyons is not enough. We didn't manage to do it everywhere. A snack in a cafe for an hour is also not enough. We had to choose either to stand in line for Karelian fish soup, or go to the lake. We caught a glimpse of the waterfalls. In general, we recommend the tour company. P. S. Alexandra is just GREAT!! A bonus for her.

I had a rest in Abkhazia from 20.07 to 30.07, thanks to the Travel Wheel tour company for organizing a wonderful holiday. Accommodation and meals were all at a high level. The sea was not far away, shops and a market were within walking distance. I really liked the additional tours of Abkhazia, with the stories of the guides and drivers who took us on excursions. I want to write a real review about the Travel Wheel tour company. It was terrible, the organization of the tour was for a maximum of 3 out of 5.
We went on a tour to the Caucasus from 21.09 to 28.09. There were a lot of ads on Instagram and laudatory reviews, but these reviews are written by people who had never been anywhere before and everything was WOW for them!!! But no, in fact it wasn't.
Let's start with the bus, a group of 38 people, the bus is small, completely filled to capacity. Legs do not fit, it is insanely uncomfortable to sleep, and to drive more than 2000 km. Ie, instead of ordering a comfortable bus, the company decided to save money and order a bus with not very comfortable conditions. But, I give it my due, all the sanitary stops were competent with normal conditions. There were no questions about this and there are no complaints here.
The first hotel in the city of Teberda. The views from the hotel are crazy. It's very beautiful. but!!!! It's +10 outside, and there's no heating in the hotel, I hope the next groups won't have such problems, but we did. It rained two days out of the three that we were there, it was impossible to dry things, because there is not even a coil in the bathroom. It's insanely cold in the rooms. There was no help from anyone in drying things. Fortunately, the people themselves agreed with the hostess to dry themselves in the boiler room.
Location Baduk lakes. Everything is so beautiful in the photos, just wow, but!!!! No!!! It's not worth it. I honestly don't understand why this location is needed at all. Yes, it's beautiful on a sunny day, but not at the same price. I love active recreation, in principle 4.5 km in the mountains is hard, but not a problem, but here, even I was not ready for this. So that you understand, you will go 4.5 km up all the time, not straight downhill, but uphill, and then you will descend at the same slope and it is no less difficult. Yes, there will be stops, yes, you will have sticks (you must take them), yes, you will reach the end, although it will be mega difficult, but these lakes are not worth it, especially in cloudy weather. There are much more beautiful locations without such difficulties, really. It's a pity the organizers won't answer the question: WHY???
We were especially "lucky", because on the first day after arrival, we had to go to Dombai, but there was prevention and the lifts didn't work, we went to the lakes in the rain, approx. On the second day, the electricity was turned off and we also did not get to Dombai, although most people went on this tour for it. The funniest thing was later, as it turned out, it was possible to climb the mountain in jeeps, but no one told us about it. It was a double bummer. Yes, we were offered alternative excursions for a fee, which were really cool, but they did not replace Dombai in any way.
Then there was a jeep tour to Gily-su. As usual, we were "lucky" with the weather, but that's okay. We left Teberda at 8 a.m. and arrived in Kislovodsk. There we spent an hour on toilets, so that 30 minutes after departure we stopped at a stop near a cafe, where there were toilets too. Then it was sooo interesting. We, not quite hungry yet, stopped without a clear understanding of why at this location, so that we could sit there for an hour doing nothing. The jeep drivers had disappeared somewhere, and the escort was not with us. As a result, after just sitting on the benches for an hour, we still drove on. The views there are very beautiful, in good weather, but we couldn't fully appreciate them because of the thick clouds, unfortunately. The cafe on the way back was completely empty. Five small pieces of dried shish kebab, or a plate of mountain-style meat. Well, let's just say you eat, but not to the full.
Next, the hotel in Cheget. That's where the respect is. Yes, the conditions there are not 5 stars, but everything you need is there: good rooms, warmth, stable Wi-Fi. I liked the hotel, there are no questions here.
Next was Elbrus. Well, at least somewhere we were lucky and we saw Elbrus in almost all its glory, although the clouds hid the second peak. But again, not without nuances. First we went to the Narzan Valley. A very loud name for a location where water with a metallic taste comes out of the pipe, which turns orange after a couple of hours. There, too, we lost time due to the fact that we were taken to the market, where, of course, people needed everything))) Although there are more than enough markets throughout the trip. In general, many did not have enough time for Elbrus, because some went to the height of 5100, and this is an hour of time. And after Elbrus, horses were immediately ordered. In general, we left there late. Then someone rode horses, and someone ran to the ski lift on Cheget. Since we arrived at 14:50, and the lift stopped working at 16:00, we could not fully appreciate the beauty of Mount Cheget. And there is something to see there.
Well, the last day we did not understand what it was. We drove past Kislovodsk and Pyatigorsk to Honey Waterfalls. Although we were there a couple of days ago, but apparently it's easier for the organizers to make a big circle like this, lose a lot of time, then return to the track that leads to the Republic of Belarus. We spent almost 2 hours at this location, although in fact an hour would have been more than enough. As a result, we walked back and forth by the bus for almost an hour.
In general, there were too many questions about the organization of this tour and there were no answers to them at all. The most important thing is that we never saw Dombai, for which we went there. And throughout the tour, there was a clear feeling that the organizers had saved money on this tour, and the logistics itself had somehow not been finalized.
I give three stars with a lot of tension, just for the fact that there were positive moments, but there were very few of them

We returned from Dombai. 10.02-17.02 The trip turned out great. The bus is comfortable, the drivers are sociable, the attendant Anatoly performed his duties well.
