I bought a set of Nokian tires, left one summer, the second summer I noticed that one of the 4 wheels was just bald, I looked at the remaining 7.1 mm of the remainder, that is, 3 wheels in excellent condition. I immediately went to the collapse, where they showed me and made printouts that everything was fine with the car and referred to the defective composition of one of the tires, as well as perfectly smooth wear over the entire surface of the tread indicates eco. I applied for a warranty where they already tried to jump off the warranty on the spot, checking the wheel in every possible way for balancing (10g of cargo), for runout, for pressure and with rubber and only the disc, everything is ideal. They accepted a guarantee, they couldn't figure out how to drain me for almost 5 months. In the meantime, I changed my shoes to winter tires, which, by the way, has not been eaten by more than one wheel for 3 years, although it is softer and with a violation of the collapse, it would obviously have been devoured very quickly, and went again to another collapse, where I was also told that everything was perfect. After 3 months under warranty, I was given a conclusion that something was wrong with my car and the warranty was denied. When I told them on the spot that I myself had worked on the collapse in the past and I understand perfectly well that even in violation, one wheel out of 4 does not eat rubber perfectly evenly over the entire tread and that I have two conclusions from the services before the delivery of rubber under warranty and after and that I have a winter set of rubber for some reason, it hasn't been eating for 3 years and I understand that they stupidly jump off the warranty, I just value my time and don't want to go to the courts, etc., they just shook their head and that's it, they also wanted to take money for the reverse bartering of rubber on the disc, but apparently they themselves were ashamed of such arrogance. So pay attention, prices, service are normal for them, but there is no question of a 5-year warranty.
