We always went to this place and were satisfied, there was a very tasty veal stroganina, fettuccine, and other dishes. We came to have a delicious meal in the end, I was shocked, waiting for more than an hour, our table was served by 3 waiters and no one knew what we ordered, mixed up the drinks, the cutlets were made with the wrong taste, the stroganina was disgusting, there was no sauce in it, a drop smeared on the plates for decoration and that was it, the veal was rastavshaya completely!, Pasta is disgusting, tasteless, overcooked pasta, only rustic potatoes were delicious (as I understand it n/a) I assume that the cook has changed, I don't see any other explanation, since we visited this testament regularly for 7 years for sure!

We visited Collete as part of the "Winter's Relish" gastrofest. We have pre-booked a table for Saturday at 17.00. When ordering a table, I was asked if we would order a set, I replied that we would come for it. We arrived at 16.50 and waited for the set until 17.30. Perhaps the calculation was that we would get hungry and the set would taste better to us, but no. Seth tasted like some kind of run-of-the-mill dining room. And this is a resto bar. And this is a gastrofest! A complete disappointment. The level of service is the same, only forks and knives were served to the set with borscht.
I do not recommend this institution.

We came to this cafe with a friend almost immediately after the renovation. The interior is very beautiful. But the food, we took salad, rolls. There is no kitchen from the word at all. There is no clientele!!! A New Year's corporate party was announced, as a result, they called in 6 days and said that there were no people, and the amount would be the usual as for the banquet menu...as a result, when we came and asked for the bill, the bill was like for a New Year's corporate party!!! No matter how we figure it out, we got a discount))) but it was not significant!!
I would like to mention the administrator's girlfriend separately!!knowing that you would have carparatives, you could at least dress decently, and not go out to the guests with the smell of cigarettes and tobacco!!!
In general, the menu is about 3/10..for hospitality 1-⭐️

I do not believe that the repair has been in place since November (the opening of the institution in November 22), I did not go down, but the repair upstairs is stale. There was no administrator in the institution when a conflict situation arose, the staff communicates impolitely with the use of ‘type’ and other words. When a visitor sees a problem, it is obviously no longer enough to tell the underadministrator, ‘I don't see a problem here.’
The food is mediocre from what I managed to try. They cook for a long time.
When the conflict situation was resolved in favor of the visitor, they casually threw a box with an invoice on the table and left. No apologies have been received for the situation.
Customer focus is at zero.

Secondly, the pork ribs that were brought to me were impossible to eat because they just burned. The dish looked like a whole plate of charcoal and tasted the same. Ribs are one of the most expensive dishes on the menu, so when I ordered them, I had the expectation that they would at least be edible.
