The company declares itself as a service center for Atlant production. On March 25, 2021, an order was issued. They promised to bring a new pen within a month at most, took a 100% prepayment and promised to inform about the delivery. The deadline passed, but no one called. When we asked about the order ourselves, we were told that we had not yet traveled to Minsk. They promised to solve everything within 14 days, but these 14 days have passed, and there is no answer from them. Again, we call ourselves, and they answer us: they say there is no availability and you can take the money. The question is, what was not known about this on the day of the order? There are still many questions, but the actions of its employees and the behavior of the management deserve as many people as possible to find out about their work, thereby preventing the troubles they may face by contacting the above-mentioned company.
