As for the teachers, I can say the following (this is not about everyone, but about many): basically, teachers in their remarks turn to the personal, and sometimes offend a person's personality. The desire to do something and somehow develop after such "moralizing" completely disappears. There is no respect for students on the part of the teachers, as well as on the part of the administration. The administration chooses its "favorites", all the others are in their "disgrace". Humiliation of human dignity is considered the norm for them. Most students after the 1st year begin to attend sessions with a psychologist, and some simply take the documents.
I wish the teachers to understand themselves first, and then teach others.
