And this is not the first time.
Initially, in April, I applied without an appointment, urgently, a fractured jaw in a pet.
We waited an hour. Then, before taking an X-ray, they passed tests, did an ultrasound, etc. to prepare for surgery (installing a plate on the jaw), then after the X-ray the verdict: the jaw is narrow, there is no way to fix the plate.... I understand. But the question is: why we went through so many tests and ultrasounds, paid 200 or more, I no longer remember. To leave with nothing. Let it grow together by itself.
The result: nerves, worry, expectation, money thrown away.
That is, on worries about the health of the pet, pulling money.
Time has passed. I think, but maybe at that time it happened because of the workload of the staff, they did not figure out the sequence of actions due to circumstances.

I arrived in advance. I was expecting it. 5 minutes before the appointed time, we were admitted: they gave us a soporific injection, agreed that we would not use anesthesia. My dog is sleeping, I understand that the injection time is limited.

Well, my opinion is not attentiveness, irresponsibility, the doctor does not prioritize what and who should be taken care of first of all from pets. Although they try to be attentive and understanding in words.
But in fact it is not so.
Dear Gennady Petrovich, please train the staff in prioritizing service and attentiveness. So that they do not just listen, but hear what the owners are saying about the health of their pets, because they themselves cannot voice it.

You will fulfill all the appointments, but the eye will get worse and worse, and the next day, after instilling drops, the cat will bleed from the eye and she will scream in pain again. You will call this specialist, and he will offer you to wash the eye covered with blood with chamomile or black tea, and when you send him a photo of the eye, he will say that the eye is fine, that it bled from the third century.
Thank God we went to another clinic, where they examined us and did an ultrasound of the eye, and said that the cat had already lost her eyesight, that corneal melting had already occurred and an ulcer had begun, that you had been prescribed the wrong treatment and that the next 12 hours would be decisive, you would spend a lot of money on new medicine, new blood tests, spend a lot nerves and you will shed a lot of tears, because every hour the eye will swell and fester more. And the next day you will have to have emergency surgery to remove the eye, as it will start to leak out.

The change of doctors Ekaterina and Roman is the best here, THEY are the ONLY ones who can respectfully watch and cure your fuzzy. It's not scary to leave them on them, they know their business.The second shift that works there is TERRIBLE, you can't get through to them, and if you do, they will send you "we don't know anything about the new shift", they don't know if he ate or not (although they have to feed him themselves), they don't know which doctor is dealing with him now, they don't care about your pet, he's just there Nobody needs it. She left her cat in the hospital, everything was fine with Ekaterina's shift, even Roman could talk about his condition , although he did not treat him. BOTTOM LINE: THE SECOND SHIFT IS NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS AND STRESSES FOR THE OWNERS , AND THE MINUS OF THE LIFE OF THEIR BELOVED FUZZY , THEY JUST KILLED HIM !! Disgusting clinic!!!
Treated with the problem of the manifestation of a serious illness of a dear family member. The cat began to lose weight, the appearance of ulcers in the oral cavity, the appearance of bleeding ulcers on the body. After the reception, the "doctor" Artyom said that it was an ear mite. Month after month, the cat was treated, expensive injections were given, no less expensive medicines, pills, ointments were bought!!! Relief of symptoms and a new one!!! After a year, Artyom finally decided to do an ultrasound, after the answer: well, yes, there is something, but this is against the background of the disease. We continued treatment with the same drugs, the result was the same as in the first year!!
We thought about the qualification and correctness of Artyom's decision to say that an ear mite and turned to another clinic, the result was shocking, CANCER!!!! For 2.5 years, we treated the cat for a fucking ear mite!!! How can one engage in this activity if there is no understanding of the animal's condition? As I understand it, it turns out that you are simply profiting from the lives of your family members, knowing that a person will give any money just to keep a pet alive!! Our cat was 9 years old, he would still live and live, but one erroneous decision of the "doctor" and everything went downhill!!!
You break people's lives with your actions, not only animals, I wish you closure and poverty of your animal business!!!
