We would like to express our deep gratitude to the staff of the Kolonnada Spa Hotel for the excellent organization of service. We are especially grateful to doctor Mariana for her high medical qualifications, professionalism, sensitivity to patients, and the ability to correctly prescribe procedures, which led to a good result.
We are also grateful to the administrators Albina and Anna for their attention, fulfillment of all requests and wishes of the guests, high culture of communication with people, knowledge of their work.
We would also like to note the virtuoso work of Irina's waiter, her tact, and her desire to serve guests at the highest level.
Such workers should be encouraged and promoted.
We are very pleased with our choice of hotel and plan to visit your hotel in the future. The Sabanov family, Minsk
I've been to this hotel a lot of times. But....Last time I visited, I was disappointed, the new tenant introduced a strict economy regime. They argue that if a guest has a claim, it is his, i.e., the guest's problem. If you don't like it, you won't come another time, others will come. Hurtful. Minimum staff. Terrible lunch. No second courses. Monotonous soups and salads with mayonnaise. Medical services are very reduced. There are no introductory tests. There is no control. Naturally, I will not come here anymore. It would be fair to remove one or even two stars at the entrance. The requirements for 4 stars are completely different.
An excellent hotel, on solid 4. All services work clearly, at the reception you can get an answer to any question about the hotel and the city, the maids are tactful, clean well, the food is good. There was never a queue at any precedent, (of course, you have to come on time yourself.)
The doctor did not impose additional procedures at all, only if you ask for it yourself.
The fly in the ointment is one nurse at the pneumopuncture. Her hair is loose below the waist, a spectacular girl with an inappropriate hairstyle in the treatment room, talks rudely, does not tolerate questions, is guided by considerations of convenience FOR HER. Don't go to her, everything else will be fine))
