Great hotel! Almost in the very center of the city. The rooms are great. The bed linen is clean, not washed. The rooms are clean. The sanitary ware is shiny. Room prices are reasonable. The employees are friendly, they will tell you everything, show you the numbers to choose from. The rooms have fast Wi-Fi, a TV with a variety of channels, both local and Russian. I lived in this hotel for a week. I really liked the hotel.
A very large assortment of various fish and seafood, beautifully, neatly laid out products, clean. But the price tag is not small. The seller is friendly, in general, I recommend it
We stayed for 2 days, we liked everything, cleanly, for a short time - that's the thing. There is no audibility between the rooms, everything is fine, but there is a bar on the 1st floor - and the music came from it quite loudly. But we were tired, so we endured it.
I rented a cheap room in February 2024. They took 12k tenge per day. Payment in cash, and if by transfer, it is 1k tenge more expensive (but there is a Bereke ATM on the opposite side of the intersection).
Payment for the actual day of stay - that is, if you check in at 18 o'clock, then you can leave before 18 o'clock the next day.
The room is warm, clean, 2 single beds, shower, toilet, sink, TV, hot water, Wi-Fi is available. Towels and shampoo in disposable bags are available. There is toilet paper.
You can smoke.
There is no antenna cable to the TV, so you can only watch Smart TV, for example, videos from YouTube.
The rooms are on the second floor, and there is a cafe on the ground floor.
The cafe can be rated as an average level since there is no comfort and the bathroom is dirty. The owner should think about improving the design of something more comfortable, repairs have not been done for a long time. The service is normal, people come in because there are no other cafes nearby.
For such prices of stay and such a level of service and rooms.... They put mouse poison inside the rooms))) They asked for water and brought a five-liter canister with a yellowish liquid - they said it was good tap water. It reminded me of Soviet hotels from the 70s
An undoubted plus is the cost of 9k rooms for the night, four people (2 adults and 2 children) were accommodated with difficulty, but tolerable. The room has a shower, toilet, TV, refrigerator. Parking in front of the hotel. The linen is clean. Insect poo was found in the sofa, the insects themselves were not seen.
There is a cafe in the building, the food is delicious.
Many people write negative reviews. Although it's not a bad place to stay. Clean towels, linen. And what else is needed? Rooms from 7000 to 9000 tenge. The most important thing is a good location, there is a parking space, friendly staff.
Just like in the good old days of the USSR . There's even an ashtray in the room.
In general, if you just spend the night without any requirements, then good . There were problems with the TV too.
The polite administration will accept you at any time of the day. The receptionist on duty is always on site. You can choose a number depending on your financial capabilities. The rooms are clean, everything you need for a stay is available. Quiet, cozy. You can ask to extend your stay in the room until the taxi arrives, no problem. Of all the hotels, I choose this one, because it is located in the center, it is convenient to get to any area: the bus stop is nearby. I recommend it!!!
