I was refused a manicure due to the fact that I had a hematoma on my finger, it was said 20 times that I had a consultation with a traumatologist and that after the injury I had already done a manicure, but apparently the master knows better than the doctor!! In the process, a low-quality jacket was made, to which I asked the master to find out if someone could redo it from other masters, the master came with the words * either we finish the jacket that you don't like, or we make another design *
In upset feelings, I agreed to go to a meeting and make a different design, I sat for 3 hours so that in the end they did not make my request, which was voiced during recording, and even a very thick coating that cannot be worn, I think everything is clearly visible in the photo
There can be no question of any quality
The mood was completely ruined when the next day I wrote to the administration asking them to do something / redo it
They offered me options that did not suit me at all
