I lost my time and ruined my mood
I was refused a manicure due to the fact that I had a hematoma on my finger, it was said 20 times that I had a consultation with a traumatologist and that after the injury I had already done a manicure, but apparently the master knows better than the doctor!! I highly do not recommend this place! I will definitely cover this story on other social networks!! Warm greetings to the hostess of the establishment!!

Instagram says that the quality does not differ from other masters, only time, the only condition
I already agreed to this, because time was running out, it was impossible to pick out other masters
In the process, a low-quality jacket was made, to which I asked the master to find out if someone could redo it from other masters, the master came with the words * either we finish the jacket that you don't like, or we make another design *
In upset feelings, I agreed to go to a meeting and make a different design, I sat for 3 hours so that in the end they did not make my request, which was voiced during recording, and even a very thick coating that cannot be worn, I think everything is clearly visible in the photo
There can be no question of any quality
The mood was completely ruined when the next day I wrote to the administration asking them to do something / redo it
They offered me options that did not suit me at all
* There is a window to the VIP master, but he will not have time to make a jacket for you, then why offer if the request is for a jacket?!
Or to the master for a French jacket, but just to the master*
It is unknown that the same thing would not have happened to him as with Master Daria
Unwillingness to solve the issue from the word at all, excuse me, but for a client in such a situation, I would F**k up to solve the problem

I did a manicure three times with a novice master. For some reason, each subsequent manicure was worse than the previous one. I turned a blind eye to the jambs in the architecture of the nail - after all, a beginner will not do cool, but the knowledge base of the master was excellent, I hoped that he would fill his hand. But the master worked only for a while, the quality suffered more and more. In the end, a manicure with a rub was done. The rub began to climb right away. I went to the studio a week later, when the nails began to look really bad. The administrator at first refused to accept the guarantee case, but still agreed. They recorded it the next day, I changed my plans and missed the recording. On the day of the recording, the administrator asked to postpone the recording until tomorrow - approx. But when the administrator asked me to replay the recording again, I couldn't stand it. I will never visit this salon again
