Economy room is very small for two people. Bathroom and toilet are common for all residents of one building.

The place is amazing. A place of amazing peace and beauty. But now I want to tell you about the hotel. I have rented cottages to this establishment more than once and have always been absolutely satisfied with the service. But this time I went with elderly parents, I wanted to please them with beauty and impeccable service. I rented a 4-bed suite. What did we get in the end:
1. A new house is being built next to my cottage. What do you think: how many times do they start knocking, sawing boards, shouting at each other? Answer: as soon as it gets light. In my case, it was just after 5 a.m.
2. The TV was not working in the room. It squeaks, saying that the subscription has not been paid. I applied to the reception. They fooled me for several hours that they would fix it now. The port stopped picking up the phone. When visiting the reception in person, the girl said "now" and left, closing the front door. I never saw her again.
3. The restaurant. For me, it was a matter of special pride, as last year the food and service were impeccable. Well, I think I'll make my parents happy. I ordered it in the morning. I paid the entire bill in full. We arrived at 19:30, as agreed. 30 minutes have passed and the table is empty. After my visit to the boorish administrator, they bring mantas. It feels like they were cooked yesterday, and now they have been heated in the microwave for 10 minutes. When you try to put them on a plate, they tear, everything falls out, Asmi is half-cold. And the prices there are very decent. I had a fight. He refused to eat. They took me away and said I was being picky. Then the roast was brought. Everything is delicious. As a result, we waited for food for two hours. Plus, there was a banquet in the same hall. There were 3 hookahs. Smoke, foul language, drunken screams. I'm shocked. This is not how eco-tourism was imagined :)
I do not know what has changed, but it is very far that such a wonderful institution has deteriorated so much.
2 stars per room. Good linen and mattresses.

The nature around is beautiful. The breakfast is hearty and sometimes buffet style.
According to electrics: there is no grounding in principle - people with pacemakers - do not be surprised if you end your vacation in this hotel for good. In guest houses (where there are several rooms) it is very cold in the corridors, heating is only inside the rooms (and it works well, at least at +6.. +10); additionally, it would not hurt to install a door closer, since it is always summer for guests and they do not know how to close the doors.
The guys at the reception are friendly, toilet paper will definitely be delivered the next day - it's better to go with your own. Triple (and probably double) rooms are seven square meters, literally just sleeping and related, while the price is 300 doshiks per night or 1 flight Astana-Almaty with luggage.
But the rest is even more fun nearby, so feel free to stay here.
