The view is simply gorgeous, breathtaking!the location is excellent. There is an eco-trail around the lake where you can walk and there are good places to eat below.
The hotel itself was disappointing: the rooms were tired, there were water shortages in the bathroom, the room was poorly equipped, you could only eat at certain hours, and at other times you usually couldn't even find anyone to just drink tea. The kitchen is good, the service just let me down.

The place is just a fairy tale, the rooms are good, but the audibility is 100%, the walls are shaking, the staff is polite, friendly, the food is for an amateur, but they try. The bauyrsaks were delicious, crispy and hot. To the hotel administrator, please remove the washed tablecloths, dried traces of food spoil the look and appetite! The location is not very convenient, there is a shuttle service, but for the sake of one view of the lake and the mountains it is worth coming! And whitewash the wall in room 302, you understand what I'm talking about) I definitely recommend this place to my friends! I'll be back! The coffee is delicious ☕️
