Disgusting. In the hotel, the audibility between the rooms is very strong - you stay up all night and listen to someone's footsteps and children's screams. The waiters do not fit in the restaurant, all the tables are very dirty and littered with dirty dishes. Even after being asked to come and clean, no one comes up, you have to clean yourself.

The place is really very beautiful , the hotel matches the description , the room is good. The hotel service is disgusting. Breakfast is included, but ... there is practically nothing worthwhile at breakfast : porridge , boiled eggs , tomatoes, cucumbers, tea, that's all.. The kitchen is the worst , the prices are high , and the dishes are just disgusting , it 's just impossible to eat . Take food with you. Also, drinking water is not provided in the room , although according to the standard , 1 liter of water per person should be allocated daily. It is better not to go there by your own car , since the uphill climb is very dangerous , and it will be very difficult for two cars to separate , since there is a cliff . There is a free shuttle service, it is very convenient (from the banner or from the parking lot you will be met and taken to the base itself (this is about 20-30 minutes)). The big disadvantage is that there is no TV in the room , so I advise you to take a laptop or tablet with you , because it's boring in the evenings. Download movies in advance , Wi-Fi practically does not load there , voice on WhatsApp , it loads about 5 minutes . The walls in the rooms are very thin, and all the conversations in the neighboring rooms are audible. I do not advise you to go for more than 2-3 days , as it is very boring, there is not much to do there . All the entertainment is : walking , horseback riding , there are boats , catamarans . We also went to the Kaindy. A taxi from the base costs 25 thousand rubles. The taxi driver's contacts can be found at the reception. There are no shops on the base . Therefore, buy everything you need in advance and take it with you. When you book a hotel room, specify in advance which room you are being booked, because when I booked, I was told that the room was booked, I wanted a room with a view of the lake, they promised this, but it turned out that they put an ordinary one on the reservation, I had to deal with them , so you need to carefully pronounce everything moments in correspondence, so as not to spoil the rest.

The rooms are in good condition, do not match the modest description. The price is too high, but remember that we pay for the view.
The audibility in the rooms is absolute, everything is audible. Lovemaking from above, flushing the toilet, showering, talking. This is a fat minus. There is no such problem in a separate glamping, but it only works in the warmer months.
Meal. Breakfasts are bad. We had breakfast 2 times, the only difference is in the porridge. Sausages, porridge, boiled eggs, sliced flatbread, butter and add to the porridge in large quantities. Cucumbers and tomatoes were sliced, dirty and spoiled. Cheese, tea, compote, halva. Coffee is purchased separately at the bar. I could accept this level of breakfast with a working menu, but apart from this meal you can't get anything. In addition to breakfast, we ate 2 times, the food was normal. I personally liked Syrne very much. There is no alcohol. The prices are restaurant prices.
The restaurant in the tourist area is a level higher, but it is more expensive and you need to go there.
Description of our room 4-bed Large Suite: 2 rooms, One 2-bed and 2 beds are next to 1.5-bed. There are two exits to the balcony, which is actually the first floor. 2 balconies are not combined, which would be logical. There are 2 chairs on each balcony.
There was a table with a painted chessboard - there was no chess. There is a refrigerator in the description, not in the room. There is no air conditioning. Floor mats. Overall, it's cozy.
The toilet room. Upon arrival, there were 4 large towels and one small one. On the trail. The day asked for towels to be replaced and 4 small ones were brought. It turns out that there were no small towels at check-in. Toothbrushes were in the amount of 2 pieces, soap 2 servings, gel and shampoo 4 pieces each. There was a small trash basket in the bathroom for the whole room, the trash was stacked next to it.
The service is good, everyone is friendly and ready to help with questions. The return transfer booked from the hotel was amazing. A minivan with a stop in the canyon cost 30,000 tenge - I recommend using it both ways, if not in your own car.
You can get to the second Kolsai Lake only on foot or by horseback. Kaindy Lake can be reached from the hotel for 20,000 tenge by Uaz and 30,000 by jeep.
You can get to the hotel by transfer or by jeep. It is possible to get from the tourist area on foot, but only if it is light.
Conclusion: A beautiful place, the location of the hotel was chosen wisely. I do not regret the money for this weekend, but 80,000 tenge per day is too much for this hotel. Perhaps cheaper rooms are better perceived, well, something needs to be done with breakfast.
