There is a bathroom on each floor, on the ground floor there is a coffee shop and a vending machine with good coffee, always clean and tidy. Parking is true only for tenants, but parking spaces for visitors are always nearby anyway.

A very comfortable office with regular cleaning. There is a parking lot under the barrier. There is a mini-cafe without tables, but for self-service. With walking distance there is a super walkway to Tsnyanka
