I want to thank Olga for choosing a family vacation tour to Egypt.
All our criteria and budget have been taken into account!
The choice fell on Pickalbatros laguna club. We were satisfied, the quiet hotel is on the second line (on the first you can use all the pools and some restaurants), the beach is shared by two hotels. There was enough food (considering that we were with the child for 9 months and he was fed from the common table (boiled vegetables, stewed meat, soups). There was seafood once a week. The staff is very responsive, they will solve the problem very quickly in any situation.
The waiters are guys, the gold is straight...as soon as the speck fell, it was immediately removed. The hotel is clean.

We traveled with the whole school (ag.Kroshin) to Grodno on 03/25/2025. Everyone was satisfied! A new comfortable bus in 2025 with sockets and air conditioning, a wonderful experienced driver Alexander (if you go on the road, then only with him!). Special thanks to Olga, an employee of the Columbus travel agency. She organized everything for us, scheduled the time in detail: departure, excursion to Grodno, visit to the zoo, arrival home. Thanks to the tour guide Alla, who conducted a tour of Grodno at the highest level. If you go somewhere, we will contact you.

To be honest, the positive reviews are very surprising, we went to Russia several times (the review about St. Petersburg from the author below is true) and unfortunately we don't want to go to Europe anymore. Uncomfortable buses, and in summer, the air conditioners didn't work well, and when the question arose that those in front of them were literally lying down on their feet for the entire trip (!), the escort couldn't even solve this issue, although everyone pays for comfort, they applied more than 5 times!We are generally silent about the fact that one thing was written in the program, but another came out.
The choice of hotels is not very good, as are the rooms. About the fact that our rooms were changed at the whim of others from the group, because their children had little room, in general, again, we are silent! It was supposed to be for a couple, changed, as we later realized by chance, to theirs with separate beds. Without our consent.
The only special thanks to the drivers, great professionals, the rest is disappointment
