Best decision I made, guest house owner is the gem he helped me in every thing made me comfortable in a new country, made adjustments for me whenever I will come back in yerevan I will stay here again.
It's a terrible place. I arrived late, it was dark. The road to the "hotel" is not illuminated.
The hotel stinks of dirty socks. The shower and toilet are combined. One for the whole floor. The shower from the toilet is only burned off by a curtain. There is no mirror in the room. I didn't find the kitchen. Repair for 3.
Great room. Everything you need is available. The staff is polite and friendly. Comfortable accommodation. Internet is available. There are dishes, an electric kettle, a microwave, a refrigerator, a TV, a split system. There is always hot water in the shower. There is a shopping center and a bus stop nearby.
Good impression, convenient location. The living conditions are also good, everything is there. The staff is hospitable, attentive, gives advice on how and what. The description corresponds to what actually exists. And (importantly) inexpensive. I recommend it to everyone.
Very convenient location, near exchangers, shops, a market, shops, banks, cafes, a 24-hour hypermarket and there is also a 24-hour currency exchange with a good exchange rate, I recommend changing the currency there.
A very expensive room with poorly washed linen and not a comfortable bed. In addition to everything, they also managed to rob us here, although they stayed only for one night and went out for a walk in the evening for a couple of hours. There are huge suspicions that the owners are in the subject and judging by the stories we were not the only ones!
I don't even know where to start. I have never seen a worse place, this was not even in the most budget hostels. The toilet and shower are in one tiny room, the shower is a hole in the floor, which is protected from the toilet only by a dirty curtain and which cannot cope with the volume of water, so it is always flooded. There is only one sink for washing and washing dishes, it is in the common corridor, so you will not be able to brush your teeth without witnesses. There is no sound insulation completely, it is audible as if there are no walls at all, you will not be able to sleep. Repairs have not been done there for many years, the outlets are taped, the walls are dirty, we had a charred electric heater in our room, covered in duct tape. The furniture is old and all different, as if it was assembled piece by piece in landfills or taken for free from ads, there was a prop under my bed. The bed is a separate pain, old sagging mattresses, pillows and blankets made of some kind of cotton wool, washed bed linen that was not even made when we arrived. It doesn't smell very good there either, dirty socks and old age. We ran away from there on the second day, and then because we did not immediately find another place to live. I highly recommend it.
I have never seen a more shabby hostel. The photo does not correspond to reality at all. We stopped by late in the evening, it was completely dark, the road was like after a bombing. The room has creepy beds with cotton mattresses, a gray towel, washed linen. The shower is cold, shared with the toilet. The water is standing all the time. The breakfasts are very inexpensive, 2 eggs, coffee, butter, bread and thin slices of cheese and sausage. The front door slams very loudly, the audibility is 100 percent. I do not recommend it.
We decided to go on a trip to Armenia. The country is very beautiful and it is close to Russia, flying 1.25 on average. At first, we booked 2 other hotels to choose, but then we realized that at the end of June +40 ° and there is simply nowhere without air conditioning (by the way, pay attention that many hotels and guest houses do not have air conditioning, as was the case with 2 selected hotels - this is a rarity ) And my choice of eyes settled on the guest house on Komitas Ave. The hotel is small, with only 5 rooms. The shower and toilet are shared, but I never had to wait in line because there are not so many guests. The hotel has free Wi-Fi, which is good news. I didn't have to buy a local SIM card. There is a kettle, glasses, and disposable tableware in the hall. We haven't used it, but I think it's definitely a plus too.
On the ground floor there is a kitchen-living room and a toilet with a shower. All necessary utensils for cooking are also available. Comfortable. If desired, you can order breakfast for a fee. I want to say that they are gorgeous here, unrealistically delicious and after so much food, then you can not think about food for half a day.
But the most important thing is that the guest house is very conveniently located from the central ave. Komitas, you need to turn the corner and there is a hotel inside the courtyard. Opposite there is a small market where you can buy everything: meat, fish, bread and basic necessities. And
There are also clothing stores on this street, the prices of which cannot but please.
I want to say a special thank you to the owner of the hotel and the staff. Thank you for our comfortable stay. Prosperity to your guest house. We will definitely come back to you again 🤗
Thanks a lot to Nina, her mother for the hospitality!!! I lived in the hotel for 9 days, the morning always started with a smile and a delicious breakfast, They always listen and are ready to help.I'm from Ukraine, it's my first time in Yerevan and I needed their help.If you want to relax, I recommend this hotel, you will not regret it!!!!!Thank you guys,!!!

The location is so-so.You can't walk to the city center. There is a market and a supermarket near the guest house. The room was tired.A dirty blanket on the couch...Someone's hair is on the countertop.Old pots, etc.And there was no mirror in the room, only in the bathroom. The water was flowing strangely, it was difficult to adjust. The water was also turned off during our stay, we were shocked. The impressions are terrible.
If it's the same as "Ashot's" then great
I arrived in the morning and left at night, I should have checked in in the morning, not at lunch. I met him and saw him off cordially.
Apart from the bed and the shower, nothing was needed, the main thing was to be clean. It was clean! Thank you Ashot!
It's fine for your money. If you come to Yerevan in winter, you will appreciate warmth most of all.
So the room in the Komitas guest house is warm and this is the most important thing. They didn't dare to wash there. The shower is very cold and uncomfortable. The breakfasts are modest.
A very cozy hostel. The hostess is very attentive and sociable. We lived in the best room of the hostel (two-room with bathroom and shower inside). I liked everything.
We came to Yerevan for an operation and stayed at this hotel. To say that you are satisfied is to say nothing. The hotel is very clean, the staff carefully monitors this. The rooms are comfortable, with a TV, and the rooms are warm. The toilet and shower are shared, but despite this, there was no queue at all. The breakfasts are delicious, homemade, and very satisfying. Special thanks to Nela, she was very attentive, worried about me before and after the operation))
