Perhaps this is due to the low cost of products in the cafe, and, no doubt, the attitude of the staff, but this is the most cozy place in Belarus! I visit the city of Minsk quite often and every time I am happy to visit this branded cafe store. You have a wonderful staff. It is very rare to see such friendly and responsive employees nowadays. They are always happy to prompt and advise on products. I would like to convey special thanks to the cashiers, who, despite the huge flow of people, serve each customer with a soul. Once again, I leave the store with a smile after buying.
A range of products for every taste and occasion. There are many gift sets, as well as various boxes on sale to assemble the gift set yourself. Chocolate liquor bottles are just space.
Thank you for such a warm welcome, I will definitely come back here for sweets and positive emotions.

I've heard stories many times about how people find worms in these chocolates. I never thought that I would encounter the same thing myself. I bought a kommunarka chocolate with a filling, it was 3 months before the end of the term. I took a bite and immediately spat it out, I was completely shocked by how many worms were inside the chocolate bar. Be careful not to buy these chocolates at least for children who are definitely not as attentive as adults. Or check for yourself before giving the child that there are no animals
there. P.S. I did not add a real photo, as I immediately threw out the chocolate and took out the trash from the house. The thought of worms swarming nearby wasn't comforting.

Everything is fine. I bought what I wanted. Yummy! The prices really bite, but sometimes even a pensioner can afford (I am a pensioner) I go to Russia and always take our room for a gift. the coffee shop is not big but cozy, clean. but eclairs and so on from custard dough and coffee are not ice. we were a little disappointed.

I didn't have enough information about where to put the dishes, the first time I thought they would take it away, I returned for another chocolate, asked - it turned out there was a place to take the mug - which I did. And really - add stickers on the tables - as rightly suggested below.
Special thanks to the woman who washes the dishes - a friendly person, left a pleasant impression and brightened my mood!
The second point (for all coffee shops) is that I would really like to see an info plate in order to understand in which mug and in which quantity your 50/100/150/200 ml of chocolate will be poured, it is difficult for me to determine by eye, but there is also no faith for eternally satisfied sellers. Therefore, there is no desire to return again, it's better to go to your other chocolate shop - because you are usually welcome there, even in the heat, even with a kilometer-long queue after you :) And no Sovdepov's rude answers and sidelong glances, as if you hadn't returned any debt to them or fell down with a bat.
But the image of the country/ city is in your hands - the location is literally the center of the capital!
I would also like to add seating (this was also discussed below), the room for a coffee shop / store is completely ill-conceived, the strange organization of the space that was "eaten" by voids, but there is no place left for a large number of tables standing completely side by side (and so it is not very comfortable to sit shoulder to shoulder)

I visited this store and was disappointed with the attitude of the seller to the buyer. Among the novelties presented in the store, I decided to try one of the candies, my aunt immediately jumped up and started shouting at the whole store that I was detained for biting off a candy, I replied that I wanted to know the taste of what I was buying and was ready to pay, to which I received the answer that only thanks to her grace she would not raise noise, but I will have to pay for the candy I ate immediately. And the cashier at the checkout looked at me as an "enemy of the people" In general, be careful, and in no case try to try something in this place!! Well, I'm no longer in this store "with no foot", it's too painful the sediment is not pleasant from visiting this place. Be kind to everyone and be more kind to each other.

And this is the only store in Minsk where I saw a queue! 😄 In Moscow, they also sell sweets from these factories, but the assortment is certainly not as rich, and the prices are significantly higher!
