We came to choose a chair for the child, announced the color scheme that we were interested in. It was the desired color combination that was not offered to us, other options were offered. We decided to think about it, and at the same time looked at what they have on the site. And, lo and behold, the color combination we were interested in was in the site's offers. Contacting the girls of the Chest of Drawers, we received the answer that yes, there is such a thing, but you need to wait for the order by making an advance payment (for some reason no one in the store said this).
We came, ordered, and made the payment. But a couple of days later we got a call and were told that they could not fulfill the order, because the supplier no longer produces this type of chairs.
As a result: ordered from another place.
If you buy what they have in stock, then maybe it's not bad. But initially, no one will really bother to find what you need, they searched for it on their website themselves, and strange work with suppliers. They were dissatisfied
