I bought a monitor, it's complete, you can't test it on the spot, but you can check it at home, and if it turns out that it's not a physical defect, it's non-refundable.
The service for checking the equipment does not accept such a marriage!
If you take it, then be very vigilant!

They also hide behind Article 30 when returning, but apparently they don't really know it themselves, and that they are completely violating the law!
