Many thanks to the Bi-Tour travel agency for the organized trip to Moscow for the weekend. A spacious, cozy bus, an easy road, cheerful and polite drivers.
In 3 days we visited the most interesting and main places in Moscow (the Kremlin, VDNKH, Moscow City and others), cathedrals and parks outside the city, where the guide Asya told us about the history of these attractions. We always took the bus around the city, which made it very easy to get around, because Moscow is huge and you can get lost there. It was cool that there was a lot of free time to go shopping and just around the city.
The hotel was clean, modern, and located next to the metro in the city center.
Special thanks to the accompanying Nina for her professionalism, patience and attentive attitude to each tourist.
As a suggestion, I would like to add more thematic excursions and different guides at different locations.

Thank you so much for the trip! We were with an organized group of schoolchildren 06.06-10.06! Everything in the organization is thought out to the smallest detail (clearly timed), I liked the rich tour program (Peterhof, Tsarskoye Selo, Kronstadt, sightseeing tour, additionally Night St. Petersburg with bridges), you can call it "intensive in 3 days", Accompanying Tatiana and guide Elena are professionals in their field, Elena knows everything about each building in St. Petersburg. We fell in love with St. Petersburg at first sight, we will definitely come back again.

Hello. We liked everything very much, we got a lot of pleasant impressions. The program is very rich and varied, which makes it possible to visit so many wonderful places in such a short time. We especially liked the excursion "Night Petersburg" with the ceremony of raising bridges, "along rivers and canals" and of course a visit to Tsarskoye Selo. Thank you for the organization and help. I really liked the tour, visited all the places I would like to see. The guides did a great job, they learned a lot of useful information about the city and its history. Many thanks to the accompanying Tatiana for her competent approach to solving problems. The hotel was very pleased: the staff is friendly, they quickly solve problems, if necessary, things were delivered to the room, convenient location, almost in the city center. We visited all the excursions offered in the tour, the rest turned out to be very active! We will contact you for tours!

I really liked the tour operator when ordering the tour, she sorted it out, explained, and arranged it.
The program itself is very interesting and rich, but there are also disadvantages.
The bus is a complete mess. I'm 160 feet tall, but my legs don't fit if the person in front reclines the chair a little.
There are questions about the tour. We paid for Peter + Karelia. On the second day, part of the bus left for Karelia, the other half for a tour of St. Petersburg (which, in theory, was included in the price of our trip). That is, what we missed on the second day, there is no discount on the tour
The escort is a pleasant woman.

I've been going to St. Petersburg by train for a long time, I Googled the first tour from Mogilev along the railway.I didn't know how it would be organized, but I had one week of vacation left....I paid and was left to worry about whether the tickets were bought, and which seats, and which hotel.I always do everything)))...

Thanks to everyone involved, the head of the group Nina, the nimble bus driver Igor and of course our guide Olga, who was with us all three days.
I admired her knowledge, attentiveness and smile.
Everything was scheduled on the tour every minute, and information on the organization was given in great detail.
A very extensive program of Peterhof, Kronstadt, drawbridges, boat trip along the Neva River, Petrodvorets, Pushkin....We saw all the iconic places of St. Petersburg in three days, something deep, something casual.
Of course, you can go to St. Petersburg every weekend and find something to learn and see.
Special thanks for the accommodation at the Moskovskie Vorota Hotel.All luhuri.The bed is white, brand new, like a cloud.The breakfasts are without lobsters, but very tasty and satisfying.Fruits,vegetables,bacon,scramble, sausages,homemade pastries.
The whole tour cost us 2500 (about 750u.f) for two, but it was worth it...I want more and I already miss it.

We had a rest in St. Petersburg from 09.05 to 13.05.2024
We chose the train - and did not regret it))
Organization of the tour. We corresponded in Viber, even signed the contract through a link to the Wii, the invoice was dropped, everything was paid through the Erip.. no unnecessary movements, everything is clear and organized.
Upon arrival at the train station, we were met by a guide at a clearly specified time. Tatiana accompanied us, explained everything correctly, without too much fuss. You immediately feel calm and confident with such an organization.
It's my first time in St. Petersburg. And every time I make sure that in order to get to know any city in a short time, you need a competent guide. We had Elena.
Wonderful presentation of information, competently, with feeling ... in general, she told me a very interesting story. I watched and listened to her with my eyes wide open.
I liked everything, we will plan the next mini vacation with the same travel agency

We were lucky enough to travel to Moscow with this company. It was a nightmare. When the bus arrived, in which there was not even a light overhead, it was inconvenient, the drivers pressed the wheels all the way, which indicates its technical condition. Zhodino and I have better buses to Minsk. The escort is just an empty place, no one listened to him, namely the drivers and the guide. It was so cold on the bus that the escort himself was sitting in a hat and jacket, the drivers did not care about freezing at the request of people. We arrived in Moscow immediately without a toilet and pulled coffee to the red square in the rain. And where to go, give yourself an hour to clean up. Nobody cares. We went to Tsaritsyno at 15, everyone asked the guide to finish and go to the hotel, which was refused, she said that she needed to work out the time. And we sat and waited until 16 while she drank coffee. And then let's go. Although the tour ended at 15. In short, the accompanying zero, drivers don't care about people, and the most interesting thing is when they arrived home, they were categorically refused to go to where they were taken from. They were dropped off where they wanted, it is considered where they were picked up and dropped off, but it does not work like that here. I won't go with them and I don't advise you. It's not the first time I've traveled, but I've never seen such an attitude. The main thing is to get more money.

Здравствуйте, хотим выразить благодарность Виктории,которая сопровождала нашу группу в Питер ,все понравилось:водители, организация,сопровождение,гостиница вообще огонь, гид Игорь рассказывал интересно,без запинок,слов паразитов, видно что человек опытный и на своем месте ,знает свою работу,что очень важно и приятно.Виктория все понятно рассказывала, подсказывала,все прошло на лёгке. Спасибо большое за наши замечательные выходные в Питере 07.07-11.07.2022

Здравствуйте,хочу поделиться впечатлениями о поездке в Питер . Услугами данной компании пользуюсь в последний раз. Тур в Питер был с 18.08.22 по 22.08.22. Автобус из Минска в Борисов опоздал на 1 час, в Витебск на 2 часа. Номер автобуса АС 4933-5. Хуже автобуса наверное найти нельзя,ноги упираются в спинку впереди стоящего кресла, если отложить кресло,то человек который сидит за тобой пошевелиться даже не сможет. Приходится мучиться целую ночь.Не могу понять почему 2 группы от этой турфирмы уехали на комфортабельных автобусах, а наша группа уехала на металлоломе. Спинка впереди стоящего кресла не держалась вообще, она лежала. С большим скандалом водитель починил. Жили в отели 4 Арт Деко Невский. Сам отель неплохой,чисто и красиво, хорошие завтраки,но опять тот же вопрос. Почему за одни и те же деньги туристы проживают в номерах разного уровня. У нас номер был на 4 этаже под самой крышей. Вода утром и вечером туда не доходит. Если до 7 утра не успел помыться, то жди 10 часов пока весь отель не помоется. У одних туристов были VIP номера, у других были холодильники в номере,а у нас под крышей даже воды не было.Платили все одинаково, а номера абсолютно разные. Сопровождающая Дарья при заезде получила кучу ключей и раздавала их просто в порядке очереди.
При поездке в Питер советую смотреть на номер автобуса,кстати за неделю до нашей поездки этот автобус сломался в Питере, а у нас перед Минском он задымился. И при проживании в этом отели не берите ключи от номеров на 4 этаже.

По поводу организации поездки всё плохо. Взяли с семьёй тур. Питер на выходные поездом. В семье 4 человека: два взрослых и два ребенка ( 6 и 12 лет). И туда и обратно в плоцкарте у нас получились три верхних полки и одна нижняя возле ( как говорят) туалета, с учётом что у нас дети. Не ужели нельзя было распределить места по другому всё данные по возрасту детей были представлены за ранее. С учётом того что с нашей группы люди спали на нормальных местах в центре вагона. А так экскурсия получилась отлично не считая проезда туда и обратно, за что спасибо гиду Дарье и гиду Елене из РФ.

Грубый сотрудник, абсолютно не клиентоориентированный, лучше остаться дома , чем поехать отдыхать через их агентство.
