Many thanks to the Bi-Tour travel agency for the organized trip to Moscow for the weekend. A spacious, cozy bus, an easy road, cheerful and polite drivers.
In 3 days we visited the most interesting and main places in Moscow (the Kremlin, VDNKH, Moscow City and others), cathedrals and parks outside the city, where the guide Asya told us about the history of these attractions. We always took the bus around the city, which made it very easy to get around, because Moscow is huge and you can get lost there. It was cool that there was a lot of free time to go shopping and just around the city.
The hotel was clean, modern, and located next to the metro in the city center.
Special thanks to the accompanying Nina for her professionalism, patience and attentive attitude to each tourist.
As a suggestion, I would like to add more thematic excursions and different guides at different locations.

Hello. We liked everything very much, we got a lot of pleasant impressions. The program is very rich and varied, which makes it possible to visit so many wonderful places in such a short time. We especially liked the excursion "Night Petersburg" with the ceremony of raising bridges, "along rivers and canals" and of course a visit to Tsarskoye Selo. Thank you for the organization and help. I really liked the tour, visited all the places I would like to see. The guides did a great job, they learned a lot of useful information about the city and its history. Many thanks to the accompanying Tatiana for her competent approach to solving problems. The hotel was very pleased: the staff is friendly, they quickly solve problems, if necessary, things were delivered to the room, convenient location, almost in the city center. We visited all the excursions offered in the tour, the rest turned out to be very active! We will contact you for tours!

Hello! I want to share our impressions after a trip to Moscow on 19.12-23.12.2024. In general, we liked the tour program, because we were with the children, we also visited the water park, the cable car on Vorobyovy Gory, Disneyland and rode an evening boat. We stayed at the Turris Tagansky 4* hotel. Wonderful hotel, pleasant staff, everything is clean and tidy, the breakfasts are delicious. One of the escorts with us was Julia from the Bi-Tour company. We still didn't understand why she was with us. We travel a lot and there is something to compare it with. Throughout the tour, not a word from her, she answered all questions without any desire, did not tell anything in advance about san.She didn't announce any stops. There are also nuances with organization: we had to walk to the hotel from the Red Square tour in the evening, because our bus left somewhere and we received our things only 1.5 hours later (Bus AN 5922-5 with a dissatisfied driver). We asked about the boat and got the answer that they don't sail, although we bought tickets ourselves without any problems. I am sure that half of the bus did not visit the wonderful museum of the Great Patriotic War, because they did not know and the escort did not get off the bus with us, although she was obliged to be with the group and at least tell us something. (this is clearly stated in the program). There are a lot of questions and the Bi-tour company has a lot to work on. I hope our review will be useful to you.

Thank you so much for the trip! We were with an organized group of schoolchildren 06.06-10.06! Everything in the organization is thought out to the smallest detail (clearly timed), I liked the rich tour program (Peterhof, Tsarskoye Selo, Kronstadt, sightseeing tour, additionally Night St. Petersburg with bridges), you can call it "intensive in 3 days", Accompanying Tatiana and guide Elena are professionals in their field, Elena knows everything about each building in St. Petersburg. We fell in love with St. Petersburg at first sight, we will definitely come back again.

Everything was scheduled on the tour every minute, and information on the organization was given in great detail.
A very extensive program of Peterhof, Kronstadt, drawbridges, boat trip along the Neva River, Petrodvorets, Pushkin....We saw all the iconic places of St. Petersburg in three days, something deep, something casual.
Of course, you can go to St. Petersburg every weekend and find something to learn and see.
Special thanks for the accommodation at the Moskovskie Vorota Hotel.All luhuri.The bed is white, brand new, like a cloud.The breakfasts are without lobsters, but very tasty and satisfying.Fruits,vegetables,bacon,scramble, sausages,homemade pastries.
The whole tour cost us 2500 (about 750u.f) for two, but it was worth it...I want more and I already miss it.

I really liked the tour operator when ordering the tour, she sorted it out, explained, and arranged it.
The program itself is very interesting and rich, but there are also disadvantages.
The bus is a complete mess. I'm 160 feet tall, but my legs don't fit if the person in front reclines the chair a little.
There are questions about the tour. We paid for Peter + Karelia. On the second day, part of the bus left for Karelia, the other half for a tour of St. Petersburg (which, in theory, was included in the price of our trip). That is, what we missed on the second day, there is no discount on the tour

We had a rest in St. Petersburg from 09.05 to 13.05.2024
We chose the train - and did not regret it))
Organization of the tour. We corresponded in Viber, even signed the contract through a link to the Wii, the invoice was dropped, everything was paid through the Erip.. no unnecessary movements, everything is clear and organized.
Upon arrival at the train station, we were met by a guide at a clearly specified time. Tatiana accompanied us, explained everything correctly, without too much fuss. You immediately feel calm and confident with such an organization.
It's my first time in St. Petersburg. And every time I make sure that in order to get to know any city in a short time, you need a competent guide. We had Elena.
Wonderful presentation of information, competently, with feeling ... in general, she told me a very interesting story. I watched and listened to her with my eyes wide open.

We were lucky enough to travel to Moscow with this company. It was a nightmare. When the bus arrived, in which there was not even a light overhead, it was inconvenient, the drivers pressed the wheels all the way, which indicates its technical condition. Zhodino and I have better buses to Minsk. The escort is just an empty place, no one listened to him, namely the drivers and the guide. It was so cold on the bus that the escort himself was sitting in a hat and jacket, the drivers did not care about freezing at the request of people. We arrived in Moscow immediately without a toilet and pulled coffee to the red square in the rain. And where to go, give yourself an hour to clean up. Nobody cares. We went to Tsaritsyno at 15, everyone asked the guide to finish and go to the hotel, which was refused, she said that she needed to work out the time. And we sat and waited until 16 while she drank coffee. And then let's go. Although the tour ended at 15. In short, the accompanying zero, drivers don't care about people, and the most interesting thing is when they arrived home, they were categorically refused to go to where they were taken from. They were dropped off where they wanted, it is considered where they were picked up and dropped off, but it does not work like that here. I won't go with them and I don't advise you. It's not the first time I've traveled, but I've never seen such an attitude. The main thing is to get more money.

Hello, I want to share my impressions of the trip to St. Petersburg. This is the last time I use the services of this company. The tour to St. Petersburg was from 08/18/12 to 08/22/22. The bus from Minsk to Borisov was 1 hour late, to Vitebsk by 2 hours. The bus number is AC 4933-5. It's probably impossible to find a worse bus, your feet rest on the back of the chair in front of you, if you put the chair down, then the person sitting behind you won't even be able to move. I have to suffer all night.I can't understand why 2 groups from this travel agency left on comfortable buses, and our group left on scrap metal. The back of the chair in front of her did not hold at all, she was lying down. With a big scandal, the driver fixed it. We lived in 4 Art Deco Nevsky hotels. The hotel itself is not bad, clean and beautiful, good breakfasts, but again the same question. Why do tourists stay in rooms of different levels for the same money? Our room was on the 4th floor under the roof. The water does not reach there in the morning and evening. If you haven't had time to wash before 7 a.m., then wait 10 hours until the whole hotel has washed. Some tourists had VIP rooms, others had refrigerators in the room, and we didn't even have water under the roof.Everyone paid the same, and the rooms were completely different. Accompanying Daria received a bunch of keys upon arrival and handed them out simply in the order of the queue.
When traveling to St. Petersburg, I advise you to look at the bus number, by the way, a week before our trip, this bus broke down in St. Petersburg, and it smoked in front of Minsk. And when staying in this hotel, do not take the keys to the rooms on the 4th floor.

Everything is bad about the organization of the trip. We took a tour with our family. Peter is on a weekend train. There are 4 people in the family: two adults and two children (6 and 12 years old). And back and forth in the chart, we got three upper shelves and one lower one near (as they say) the toilet, taking into account that we have children. If it was not possible to allocate places differently, all the data on the age of children were presented earlier. Considering that people from our group slept in normal places in the center of the car. And so the tour turned out great, not counting the round trip, for which thanks to the guide Daria and the guide Elena from the Russian Federation.
