The worst company I've ever met. The printer went bad. I turned to them for technical help. We agreed to do the work remotely within 5 working days. 20 days have passed and it turns out that the "company" is not able to contact me in the 21st century, having all kinds of modern communication: phone, Viber, whatsapp, Skype, telegram, e-mail. If this company does not know how to use these types of communication, then you can imagine what kind of "help" they can provide. Stay away from these would-be helpers!!
