We ordered furniture in 21 years, but I am writing a review now, it is difficult to call an organization, Sharashkin's office is more suitable,we ordered an entrance hall, paid tower money for quality and received a full g **** ,accessories do not pick up words at all,in 1.5 years it was broken up, as if it were 10 years old, although they used it carefully,types they put the cheapest ones, but they paid for high-quality, expensive ones. The assembly is terrible, not only was it assembled for two days, but there is no quality, there are gaps where they should not be, the screws stick out, the shelves in the chest of drawers were drilled in the wrong place. The deadlines were also not happy, they waited a long time, they did not meet the deadline. I do not advise anyone in any case!!!!

A nightmare! 100% crooks!!! Avoid them!!!! They take an advance payment for furniture, and then the furniture needs to be taken away with a fight! I managed to knock out my paid furniture only through the management of the region's trade. I've been knocking out two months. But they cheated here too! Good expensive fittings were ordered and paid for, and a cheap one was installed.... the same thing with the material, the photo shows the color of the chest of drawers is different from the closet)))). I began to demand compensation, but there is no one to ask))) those who allegedly made furniture quit and ran away))) in general, they say "thank you for giving you at least such furniture, otherwise you can stay without furniture and without money"!!! It's crazy, and don't be afraid of anything!

I was unlucky to deal with this organization.
Everything is going well at the stage of transferring money to them. They promise to meet the deadlines.
Then all the deadlines come out and the "knocking out" of the goods begins.
And even when the goods finally arrive, it's only half the case.
At the assembly stage, "jambs" come out, which are good if they can be eliminated.
In general, I had a deal with them - and like a mountain off my shoulders.
Read the reviews in advance and avoid them.

Terrible attitude towards customers.
I had to work with them several times and every time I seem to contact one company, but in fact it turns out to be them:

and some other company - I don't remember exactly.
after surfing the web, you can find about a dozen more organizations that are actually run by the same people.
The phone numbers in the contracts are not correct, you will not immediately find real contacts either.
The first experience with them was ordering a closet. The measurer came and measured everything. We have signed a contract. I paid for half of it. The price was high by an average of 30-40% of the average market price, but it was necessary to move quickly. After a while, the measurer calls and says that the management considered this order not profitable for them, they are not interested in it, they have their own view on the development of the company and they are not interested in average orders. Fortunately, the money was returned. But time was lost.
The second time I contacted the CHTUP "Kompik plus" Stroyexpo - I ordered furniture. The measurer arrived, took all the measurements, and agreed on the design. We have signed a contract with assembly and delivery. We made an advance payment. Then they concluded an addendum.the acceleration agreement (production in ten days) paid for everything we were told. A week has passed, they called us and asked us to pay 100% and in three days we will have furniture. They paid and waited happily for a few days, especially since friends were supposed to come to stay and the furniture they ordered was just really needed. But then the fun started, the money was paid, there was no furniture. They started calling me. As it turned out, only one of the numbers in the contract is theirs, the rest are left. The manager constantly said that the order was already in production and would be soon. Time passed, but nothing happened. It turns out they lost the contracts and did nothing, then they were found, but they still dynamited us for a long time.. It's been 2 months, there's nothing that you go to them, that you call them, they still hang noodles on their ears.
But after some time, the order was still delivered, but they asked for additional money for the assembly, although payment was made. Then it turned out that what was made did not differ from the original layout in many small things. for example, they put other pens. And there was also a shortage, they forgot to make part of the order and said they still needed ten days. to make the missing parts. And then according to a similar scheme.
In general, a lot of time and nerves were spent, and several events were disrupted. And they don't care.
In general, if you accidentally signed a contract with them, terminate it, take the day and contact another company. Health and nerves are more expensive.
If you still want to work with them, don't complain that no one warned you.
