We purchased an air conditioner Royal Clima Fresh Full DC EU RCI-RF30HN (thanks for the help in choosing the model!)
At the moment, we are very satisfied with the operation of the air conditioner.
The first thing that fascinates is its almost silent operation (both internal and external units). It is not audible at night, it does not interfere with sleep at all.
It is easy to control, perfectly cools and even purifies the air.
It is convenient to control the air conditioner from your phone.
They installed it quickly, neatly, cleaned up everything after themselves, took out the trash - just great!
Well, a separate huge plus is the installment plan. Air conditioning is not the cheapest thing. And when the purchase, due to the extreme heat, turned out to be vital (but financially unplanned), the installment plan helped a lot.

I ordered an air conditioner from Kondmaster. I came to the office and Victoria offered me different brand options and recommended the right capacity and, accordingly, the brand based on the budget. I chose the proposed brand Electrolux Fusion 2.0/35 m2. We agreed on the day and time. 2 people (installers) arrived with their vacuum cleaner, shoes are removed at the entrance to the room, all construction debris and waste from packaging in a separate box, they made installation inside and outside, at the request of their wife, to the right and left, set up, explained how to handle the remote control, when to do maintenance, etc. In a word, how when they arrived, the apartment was clean - it also remained after them, only two useful units (two in one) remained hanging on the wall inside and outside.
